My group of four visitors from Florida and California had a FANTASTIC and WONDERFUL time in Cuba. As a group, my friends and I have traveled to several countries/cities and this was a really special trip. We spent two full days and an evening with our guide Andres from OutinCuba.

Andres (friends call him Yunior) was incredible and truly became part of our group as a guide and a friend. Everything was wonderfully planned, we went to great places to eat (which was a particular worry of mine since my friends have complicated dietary restrictions), we learned a ton, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time there. He ended up joining us for other meals outside of our scheduled time and spending even more time with us as a friend.

He's such a lovely person -- an artist, a historian, true Renaissance man -- and someone who gave us great insight into the culture and country. He even painted us individual paintings that had significance to each of us -- along with giving us a bottle of rum and cigars.

He made our trip really special -- we were all emotional during our final time together.

We went to Cuba for 10 days with a private tour developed by Charles (2 adults plus 6 yr and 1 yr old children). Charles has provided an outstanding service from the very beginning. He was very flexible and addressed any changes in itinerary that we wanted to make on the fly, and in general we felt very confident and comfortable with him as our guide. We are so thankful that we connected with Charles and his team to help us with our trip to Cuba this May. Charles was so warm and helpful and really took the time to explain the new regulations for Americans to travel to Cuba. That was a huge concern for us and Charles made us feel confident and secure knowing that we were not only going to have a wonderful visit but would also comply with the U.S guidelines.

We had Dayron as our guide for our first afternoon in Havana. It was so wonderful to have him greet us at the airport and help us get settled into our casa. We spent the afternoon exploring the old city and Dayron was so sweet and knowledgeable -we couldn't have asked for a better welcome to Cuba!

We spent our only full day in Havana with Andres. Andres is so warm and open and was super informative. It didn't feel like a "tour"- it felt like we spent the day with a fabulous friend. We really got to explore so much of the city and he really incorporated all of our requests into the day. He absolutely made our visit to Cuba particularly magical.
