I'm so thankful I did research on photographers in Ludington and read reviews on Heather's business. Such true reviews and I had a phenomenal experience with my families photoshoot. I have 2 young, active boys and I could not have chosen a better fit for us. We showed up at our photo shoot and she had a game plan and certainly was able to capture special moments during a late photoshoot in a short amount of time with young children. I was shocked! Our photoshoot was 25 minutes long and we loved everything about her. She followed through with everything she said and the turn around time on our great photos was short. I’ve never had my photos taken by them, however I’ve known them since 2008 and I can tell you that these are some awesome people. You won’t have a problem getting along with Heather and Tony. In fact they are so friendly and lovable, even if they’re photography was bad you’d still want to hire them... BUT, take a look at their photos. Holy cow, aren’t they beautiful!? I’m a photographer as well, and I’m usually quite picky with what I think is good photography and what is amateur. Heather is amazing!! She did a session of just my husband and I and then of our whole family. My husband hates having his pic taken but she was able to get him to smile and capture his true smile and I just am in awe over our pics. Our family pics were so much fun! My husband and I both hate having our picture taken, so we weren't really too excited about having our wedding photos done. However, we wanted to document our big day, so after seeing Heather's photos popping up on my Facebook feed, we decided to book her for our wedding. Heather is amazing!!! I knew of her through my parents friends wedding, looked her up on Facebook, and messaged her. I got a response within a hour and had a face to face meeting set up within the first night of contacting her!
One thing that I absolutely loved was she said she meets with her clients before setting up a shoot to see if we are all a good fit with each other! This is very important so you feel comfortable having your picture taken :)
We had our engagement photos done and were very comfortable throughout the whole thing! Heather is very easy going and was very helpful with our 3 month old puppy! She posted sneak peaks of our engagement that night and all week until all of the photos were ready! Our wedding is in October, and I cannot wait! Definitely recommended :)
