We stayed during the off-season and got a good deal on room. Not a lot going on, so it was pretty quiet. The room, although a little worn, was clean and spacious. We stayed in a Bridgeview room. Large deck and lots of windows. Nice view of the London Bridge. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and trails. The room had a large couch and desk and bar areas. Lots of room for guests. No paper towels or ustensils provided. Whirpool tub was nice. The view was great, but at night, the lights outside, although beautiful, kept the room from getting dark. I chose to stay at Heat Hotel because of all the good reviews on Yelp so I wanted to add mine. I had a fantastic weekend getaway here from Vegas. Great location, amazing views, super friendly staff and what a beautiful city! I booked through Priceline app and lucked out with an amazing 3rd floor w/balcony facing the bridge, 2 Queen bed with whirlpool bath. I thought about upgrading to a suite but the room was perfect. I def wanna come back and stay in a suite next time. So many cool things walking distance and for your "exercisers" out there, a free bike rental is included and the Island Trail was super fun to bike and run! For Vegan Options nearby; I had Ojala Plant Based Cuisine, an Impossible Burger from Blue Chair and there's plant based milks at Copper Spoon coffee shop directly across the street from Heat. Staff always greeted us with a smile. Rooms were clean and the veiw was awesome, also had a bath tub with jets. After walking all day, had a bath and put jets on to relax. Great breakfast! We spent two nights at this property and we had the room called inferno. Excellent choice, very spacious room, extremely tall ceilings. Very comfortable bed. The room itself is not your typical hotel room but so much more interesting: a super large double shower and a jetted bath tub separated from the shower. The toilet had a separate door for privacy. Two double sinks, very modern like the rest of suit. It has a bar sink as well and a fridge stocked with all kinds of beverages. It was truly amazing. We had a fun stay in a suite, that had a fantastic view. It was mid october so it was quiet. We will be back in the spring! I did notice lots of reviews about the rooms in need of a facelift...... these rooms get partied hard in and are close to the water which causes damage too. I can only imagine how hard it is to keep up on the maintance of these rooms. Housekeeping does an amazing job of keeping them very clean! Yes the shower could use a retiling job and some paint could be touched up here and there, but overall its an amazing, clean and fun place to stay. The staff was great too. More...

Heat was amazing! Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and they went above & beyond to help in any way they could. We rented 2 boat slips and Danny was GREAT! Always watching out for us to pull up and help tie up our boats. The location can't be beat. We had an Ultimate King. The view is unobstructed and the boat parade is visible. The issue we had is not with the actual hotel, but there is loud music all night that was tough to sleep through.

We went one weekend off season and had a great time. Very relaxed and the room are fantastic! The management thought if everything in regards to the little things and we were comfortable.
