I love seeing the success of change when clients reach the goals, they set for themselves. Being a guide for others to successfully improve their lives, overcome challenges that many of us face, plus helping assist the to transform their lives the same way I was able to transform mine.

Yes, Sessions will be held online through zoom. After our initial 30-minute complimentary session we will set our schedule for meetings to be held weekly or bi-weekly. In-between sessions I will send text or email communications with worksheets for homework, check in and monitoring technology is being used for our sessions, and additional communications.

Services are now offered online or remote due to covid-19. If an in-person meeting is decided to be held, this meeting will be held in a clean safe doctor office location where mask must be worn, and clients will be provided if they do not have one. All sanitary measures are performed throughout the day in strict compliance with the CDC standards.

I am a Master Instructor of IET healing that works with a combination of scientifically validate tools to help people heal naturally finding alternative solutions to sync your heart, mind, and body for transformation. IET sessions are only offered in-person as it is a touch therapy. Clients must be able to travel to me for these services.

Classes in Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced IET can be arranged if interested in certifying in Integrated Energy Therapy this can be discussed on a call.

Reiki is a holistic energy healing system in which the practitioner channels healing energy from the universe through the hands. It works by balancing the energy of the body, mind, and spirit, supporting the process of self-healing on all levels. Reiki comes to us and the modern world through the teachings of Mikao Usui, who lived in Japan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Originally taught as a system of spiritual development for people, Reiki is now taught throughout the world as a system of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing for both people and animals. Reiki can be sent at a distance from the practitioner to the client. In distant sessions we will schedule a time that you will get into a comfortable location inside of your home. I will work at distance with a direct focus to the area of the body that needs energy healing.
If you are located in my area, we can schedule for an in-person session.
Multiple tools are used prior to the session to confirm that I am in coherence by use of biofeedback technology. If the client has their own biofeedback technology, I will instruct you to do a coherence session prior to receiving Reiki and after receiving healing so we can collect data of the sessions.
Technology can be purchased directly through Me and shipped directly to you.
