What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my career would be seeing results from my customers. I love that they can make healthier choices in any part of their life based on the growth, mental clarity and empowerment from the sessions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I realized a lot of people valued my advice and it worked for them as they worked the plan. I want to see people win with strategy and fun. I wanted my business to give people insight but also provide a fun/ relaxed atmosphere while doing so.

Yes, our services can be done online and remotely. If you are located in Virginia ( Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Chesterfield, Richmond and Midlothian).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If we have an in- person session we will be 6ft apart and in a secure setting. If you have not been vaccinated then a face mask is required. Best way to be safe during Covid - 19 would be online or remotely.
Individual Life Coaching
Vida stands for Life!! We want you to live your best life. Session consist of an 1 hour coaching. We will discuss your personal growth for yourself, business or relationship reference questions. You choose the topic and we will be there to chat with you.
Vida Couple Coaching Session
Couple Sessions require 2 individuals. Sessions consist of life changing conversation for all parties. We also try to create a fun and comfortable environment. This session offers an intimate setting for couples. All I ask is that you come with an open mind, open heart and be ready to apply what yourself to the process. Most of all come with the mind set of fun, freedom and strategy. Life is about turning the bad into good and the good into better.
Small Group Coaching Session
Requires 3 to 6 individuals. Sessions consist of life changing conversation for all parties. The small group offers an intimate setting for families, small work groups and friendship circles. The goal is to grow better together, learn strategy and have open dialogue. Life is all about living better and what better way to do it then with healthy, fun and strategic conversation.
