I walked into Clay's office for my first session thinking I had all the tools and knew what he was going to tell me. I have had counciling in the past and memorized the theories and all the methodologies to heal but I was trying to do it alone and without the right person to help. Clay was the person. I reached my wits end before I had the guts to let down my pride. My pastor referred me to Clay and I'm so very thankful. I have dealt with severe anxiety disorder and have helped me realize the reason I think the way I do. He helped me realize and internalize that God can restore me. He calls himself a life coach, but really Clay is so much more. I walked into Clay's office in early November of last year, I remember walking in there thinking "I don't need this; " after all I had walked into a counselors office so many times before. I thought I had a grip on my life, on my depression, on my past even. I walked in there arrogant, and Clay promptly (and lovingly) knocked me on my ass.

His approach was a no nonsense approach and it was the dose of reality that I needed, I had to learn to be real and honest with myself, and Clay helped me learn the steps that I needed to do this. He has seen me through one hellish year, a year where my depression almost won, as well as celebrated some of the most amazing break throughs that I have ever experienced.

I can honestly say that I am not the same person I was when I first walked into that office over 12 months ago. I have gained not only a better understanding of myself, but the ability to love my self, and a man that I am proud to call friend.

Whether you think your life is perfect, or (if you are a little more real with yourself) are looking for a little bit of help, I would 100% point towards Clay. As a client (and forever friend) I would say I am a walking testimony of what this man can do....I only wish I had the words to show just how much of a difference he's made in my life.

I have known Clay for over 30yrs. Clay and I have worked together and I have had the pleasure of watching his kids grow up. What can I say about Clay? He Cares!
