I came to Sally Hand during a very difficult time in my life- I was in a terrible relationship and my mother was terminally ill. I have never had luck with therapist in the past and was very hesitant to go back to therapy because of the multiple terrible experiences I have had in the past, but Sally was warm, welcoming, and so supportive. She has helped me to work through years of traumatic events as well as difficult life events.
