I found out about Healthy Inspirations from my oncologist, as the muscle strenthening machines and yoga classes are free if you are in cancer treatment. My doctor also said recovery from cancer is better with excercise. A nurse told me that the reoccurance of breast cancer increases if you are over weight. I have not yet entered into the weight program, only because my appetite is not yet recovered from my treatments, but I have already begun losing weight with the exercise. It is such a supportive and friendly place! Linda is especially warm and supportive every time, visits to Healthy Inspirations is one of the high points of every day. More...
