I am who you want in your corner through this journey! I CARE about your story, your struggles, your feelings, and the shaping of your future self. I have been through this journey, the hard way (50 pounds in 8 months and kept off for the last 4 years), and I have excellent experience working with people in many areas.

"You are what you eat" is the real deal! It doesn't mean you need to deprive yourself, or can never have treats again, it just means you recognize how the food that goes into your mouth fuels your body, for better or worse. I can help you find that balance and keep it!

I love listening to and supporting those who are seeking to better themselves. I love teaching (I was a teacher for 18 years). I love hearing about successes and supporting through failures. Both are perfectly natural and should be embraced.

I went on a crazy journey to better my health for the sake of myself and my family. I want everyone to have that opportunity. I couldn't do it alone, and I want to be a support to anyone who needs it.

Because I care. I believe that at their core, most coaches really do care about their clients, but I have worked with some health and fitness coaches who have just "prescribed" a plan and sent me on my way. I failed. I know what it takes to get and stay healthy, and I'm eager to share that knowledge, passion, and support with others looking to do the same.

Yes! We can meet via phone, Zoom, or chat through text. I have a coaching app I have just started using which allows us to communicate about all kinds of things. I can send habit and nutrition reminders through the app and you can respond that you did it. You can send pics of what you ate, you can track, you can check in for workout recommendations. I'm finding it to be endless in possibilities.

All work is done remotely! If there is anyone local who would like to meet in person, I am vaccinated and you're welcome to wear a mask during our meetings.

Services

While I am not a fitness coach, nutrition and movement go hand in hand. I provide long and short term plans and help you follow them along the way. The entire way!

I am looking to support those who are committed to bettering their health through diet changes, mindset shifts, habit changes, and mild to moderate exercise (or no exercise, if that is what you need).

I do not offer pills or supplements, although we can discuss protein supplements, as hitting your daily protein goals is key!
