I’m a holistic wellness coach, spiritual intuitive, and health and nutrition advocate. I offer practical tools that empower you in your life journey and relationships. Together we explore practical strategies and spiritual solutions that allow you to find clarity, peace and a deeper understanding of yourself in many areas of your life like, dealing with anxiety, overcoming fear and hesitancy, handling grief and loss, navigating power structures and cultural pressures. I also offer guidance on diet, exercise, and nutritional supplements for a healthy body and fog-free mind. I particularly passionate about helping women of color trace, identify, and release unhealthy beliefs and patterns as well as ancestral and inter-generational traumas.

My methodology is holistically centered, using spiritual intuition, energy healing modalities, and practical research findings for solutions that really work. In our conversation, I listen to your problems with an eye to practical solutions that might be hidden or unrealized. I listen to your spirit guides and angels for guidance and insight to help you expand your consciousness and inner growth. I also feel into your energetic body and your physical body and offer you guidance and/or healing for integration and balance. I’ve found this combination works extremely well together to reveal solutions that are empowering, healing, practical, and that create balance in your heart, body, and mind.
