As the Founder of Recalibrated Vision, my mission is to empower mid-career professionals to discover their purpose, align it with their career goals, and transition into a fulfilling career or purposeful business while maintaining stability and growth in their current job.

We also offer à la carte sessions for those seeking one-off consultations or trial opportunities.

My background

My professional journey commenced with aspirations of becoming a physician assistant, which later evolved into roles in business development and career counseling for a medical college. Seeking further growth, I pursued an MBA with a focus on sales, leading me to Los Angeles where I began a career in pharmaceutical sales, managing a neuroscience portfolio across Southern California with a Presidents Club win.

Despite these achievements (and many lateral moves) I felt a persistent sense of unfulfillment, prompting me to take a bold step forward: launching my consulting business centered around holistic medicine and a life traveling the world.

To refine my marketing acumen, I dedicated myself to obtaining certification in online media and marketing, subsequently delving into brand strategy for esteemed healthcare marketing agencies. Collaborating with industry giants like 3M, Edwards Science, and Pfizer honed my skills and broadened my perspective.

Yet, even amidst professional successes, a pivotal moment of self-reflection emerged following a layoff. It crystallized my true calling: to empower professionals and practitioners in discovering and actualizing their visions. This realization propelled me toward a purpose-driven path, where I continue to passionately serve others in their journey towards fulfillment and success.
