I wouldent recomend this to anny one the have favorites the help and dont help if u not a favorite the leave u struggling like me for reasions i dont criminal history and treat me like one the contact ppl with releaseses there doing ot to me that should be hipper vilolations manny of thim the office manger of there case managers dont get off the a$$es to help if not a favorit i have medical issues the lute ppl and dr leave u hanging for weeks but lute be one of there kids has to work at home depo in auburn it blow the person that i mangae off to help my kids the do to me like i told thing the keep me out ofhospitatals when needed i went throw hard times my friend wen to police department here in lewiston police he asked the to do well beeing check the never come up neighter againg dis helth offliates off to help the put in my housr to try to baby sit a 46 year old man for there personal reasions i think this hole componie should be caned and we get mental helth or a new componie the mangers over there are hart less to me i have record and names they have there favorites look at bad reviews ask around the city and u will how much bad they all are i also have disablitys the seem not in tune with it. Its as bad as the regulare dr office has to call me on weekend they found out and amited im not paronoyed and theres noting medicaly that says i am its missed dionoses my dr said today on sunday she sorry i. Sharing a journey to wellness, a tagline, but is also forefront in this company's culture, staff, (although not required) are actively involved, in raising money for local non-profit businesses that help others in the community. The support provided by all the departments in order to effectively provide services to clients and maintain your own sanity is the reason I have remained with HAM since they opened. Guidance, genuine care of employees, encouragement, and transparency are all qualities you will get from supervisors and support staff at Health Affiliates. They care about you as a person and not just as an employee. Their open-door policy allows you to get things taken care of in the moment and move forward. I personally have transitioned through positions with the support and encouragement of HAM as a whole and I'm blessed to continue working with them.Pros Incredible place to work, Very supportive, Trainings are relevant to the work and help you grow as a provider.Cons Health insurance is a bit pricey. The focus is always on the highest quality of care for the client. In addition, support for the people in the field providing the service is great and enables the providers to focus on what is important. As with any agency mandatory meetings, training and some self marketing is needed, yet the agency provides free training's, pays you for the meetings, assists with referrals and is always supportive with balancing personal needs. In per diem positions you can pick your case load and size, and benefits are offered based on billable hours worked. Self care is a concept discussed daily and customer service is high.
