Is your relationship struggling and you are considering couples counseling? All relationship go through rough patches but sometimes we need help from an objective outsider who can offer insight and direction on how to move beyond past hurts and move towards a relationship with better communication and respect for each other's differences.
Has your child been diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, or Disruptive Behavior Disorder? Many parents are sad when their child is diagnosed and unsure what to do next. I enjoy working with children and parents utilizing play therapy, CBT, and/or behavior modification techniques to improve the quality of life for both child and parent.
Do you struggle with an addiction and need someone to be there to walk you through the disease process of addiction? I have years of experience helping people get the help they need and deserve!
If you have questions or are ready to being counseling, contact me today! I currently accept BCBS insurance. I have worked with many Veterans and family members with Tricare plans. I accept cash payment for sessions and then you can bill Tricare for reimbursement. They will send the reimbursement payment directly to you.
