I’ve never met them so I can’t say anything about their low level staff and DJ’s. They are a corporation and have a management team that you deal with for any inquiries and communication.
I had paid for a service that was due on 09/24/2021 for the amount of $1,000. Half of the wedding family ended up on quarantine for Covid positive test results on 09/19/2021. I am the groom and ended up in the hospital with a pulmonary embolism on 09/18/2021. With all the issues and concern of further spreading Covid the difficult decision to cancel the wedding was made. I communicated this decision with all the wedding vendors. Every vendor was exceptionally understanding and sincere with refunding the total amounts including the deposit. HeadTrauma Entertainment was cold with communication and decided to refund nothing. They stated that they understand the situation, but would not refund a single dollar. I don’t expect full refunds due to deposits and retainers, but HeadTrauma decided that they needed to keep a full $1000 dollar payment and not render services. This disgusted me to the point that I need to warn others since Covid numbers are increasing. Covid is one thing, but with the blood clot in my lung I am going to receive a hefty hospital bill and anything would have helped.
I want others to know that there are so many small, locally owned DJ services that are lively and respectful to clients. Do your research before deciding on a service that just takes your money and runs.

We used Carson for our wedding DJ and he was fantastic! So easy to work with and great at communication! He made this part of the process stress free and made himself available for questions. We also did the photo booth and photography through Carson as well. Highly recommend HeadTrauma Entertainment for wedding DJ service! Carson is a family friend - but he was so professional and took time to understand exactly what we wanted. He even came through last minute when we needed to add him on for our ceremony music. Carson has the most cheerful personality you can't help but smile and have a good time while around him. The music he played was perfectly cued and perfectly preformed. We had an amazing dance party which is all you can ask for when you have your wedding. We LOVE Carson! We actually met Carson at our first bridal show, took a leap of faith, and were so happy we did. He is passionate about catering to the customer and he was just as enthusiastic as we were about our wedding! Carson was the absolute best dj! He worked so wonderfully with us even from a distance. He had the best communication and helped us no matter what!
He helped me surprise my husband with a video and kept the entire event energized! He would move anything up if we asked him to and was seriously a joy to just be around!
Part of our family are from India and Nepal and we wanted to play traditional music for them for dances. Carson just jumped right in and plugged in our phones to play the music for them! It was very special to our family and meant so much!

We used Carson for our wedding this summer and were blown away by the job he did. He was always ahead on everything leading up to it and took all the stress off of us with planning the order of our reception. His online questioner we filled out before our initial meeting had every detail and option we could have needed and was a great asset in planning. After filling that out, we sat down with him to finalize details and he ran with it from there. He took care of all the details and was beyond professional in everything. Words cannot begin to explain how much of an impact head trauma entertainment made on our special day. Carson was absolutely unbelievable. His song choices, mixes, and ability to empower an entire room was second to none. He was overwhelmingly kind, informative, and above all else genuine in his love for being a dj. Any request was answered quickly and everything went effortlessly. He even secretly set up a time for my husband to sing to me after our first dance. Through head trauma we found an awesome 4K photo booth that instantly prints, a photographer who was absolutely phenomenal, uplighting and the dj service for less than most people charge for just the dj.
