My focus is always furthering my education. I am doing internships, I'm talking with and exchanging ideas with some of the best trainers out there. To make sure that as a trainer myself I give the best workout, the best nutritional advice (not a scientist will tell you what works best based off experience with clients). I will take the time to make sure I have all the information and skills to get you to the next level with online coaching or even 1on1 training.
