Services

Pre-production includes services such as scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, casting, and planning for logistics.

Concept development: This is where the idea for the project is developed. It may involve brainstorming ideas, researching similar projects, and developing a concept that meets the needs of the client or audience.

Scripting: This is where the script for the project is developed. It may involve writing dialogue, creating a narrative structure, and outlining the shots or scenes that will be filmed.

Storyboarding: Storyboarding involves creating a visual plan for the project. It may involve sketching out the shots, scenes, or story beats of the project to help guide the filming process.

Casting: If there are actors or on-camera talent involved in the project, they will need to be cast. This may involve holding auditions, reviewing demo reels, and selecting the best candidates for the project.

Location scouting: Finding the right location is important to ensure that the project looks and feels the way it's supposed to. Location scouting involves visiting potential filming locations, taking photos, and assessing whether they meet the needs of the project.

Logistics planning: Planning for logistics is important to ensure that the project runs smoothly. This may involve scheduling the filming dates, arranging for transportation and lodging, and coordinating with other members of the production team.

Production involves a number of different steps:

Setting up the shoot: This involves preparing the filming location, setting up equipment, and making sure everything is ready for the shoot.

Filming: This is where the actual recording takes place. Depending on the project, this may involve using one or more cameras, capturing audio, and directing talent on set.

Lighting: Lighting is a critical component of video production. Lighting can be used to create mood, highlight certain elements of a shot, and ensure that everything is properly exposed.

Audio: Capturing high-quality audio is important to ensure that the final product sounds professional. This may involve using a boom mic, lavaliere mic, or other audio recording equipment.

Directing talent: If there are actors or on-camera talent involved, the director may work with them to ensure that they deliver their lines or actions in a way that meets the vision for the project.

Continuity: Maintaining continuity is important to ensure that the shots match and that there aren't any jarring transitions between shots.

Post-production includes services such as editing, color grading, and sound design.

Editing: This is where the raw footage is edited together into a cohesive sequence that tells the story or conveys the message of the project. This may involve cutting out unwanted footage, rearranging shots, and adding transitions between shots.

Color grading: Color grading involves adjusting the colors of the footage to create a specific look or mood. This may involve adjusting the brightness, contrast, saturation, and color temperature of the footage.

Sound design: Sound design involves adding sound effects, music, and other audio elements to the project. This may involve recording additional audio, selecting music tracks, and adjusting the volume levels of different audio elements.

Visual effects: Visual effects may be added to the footage to enhance or alter the visuals. This may involve adding special effects, compositing footage, or creating 3D animations.

Titles and graphics: Titles and graphics may be added to the project to provide additional information or to enhance the visual style of the project.

Exporting: Once the editing is complete, the final product needs to be exported into a format that can be viewed or shared. This may involve exporting the project in various formats, such as HD or 4K, and adding compression for online streaming.

Motion graphics involves digital animations that combine graphic design, animation, and typography to create the illusion of motion. Unlike traditional animations that typically involve characters or objects moving within a narrative, motion graphics focus on the movement of shapes, text, or other graphical elements. We use these in video production, advertising, and digital media to add visual interest, explain complex concepts, and convey information in a compelling and engaging way.

Planning: Like any video production, live video productions require planning. This involves identifying the equipment needed, scouting the location, coordinating with the talent, and creating a production schedule.

Camera work: Camera work is critical to live video productions. It's important to capture the event from multiple angles and to ensure that the footage is clear, steady, and properly framed.

Sound: Clear and high-quality sound is more important for a live video production. Using high quality microphones we capture the audio, adjusting the levels to ensure that the sound is balanced, and ensuring that the audio is synced properly with the video.

Live streaming: We have the ability to setup live-streaming over the internet via the popular streaming services to reach your intended audience.

Editing: Live video productions may require some editing after the event is over. This may involve cutting out unwanted footage, adjusting the audio and video levels, and adding graphics or other elements to enhance the final product for release on other mediums.
