I work together with my clients to address their specific goals and needs; enhance and improve their overall well-being; and assist them towards a better tomorrow. I offer family, individual and couples counseling in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere that fosters support, empathy & understanding.

The therapeutic approach I use will depend on the client's needs and the issues we are working on together. However, the theoretical approaches I tend to use most often are strength-based, solution-focused and client centered therapy. I then use evidence-based interventions to assist my clients towards achieving the most favorable result.

Establishing trust is fundamental in forming a successful therapeutic relationship. However, I understand that some things are difficult to share. I encourage you to feel comfortable with me; to express to me who you are; and to discuss the things that brought you to therapy so we can work together towards making positive changes in your life.
