The Hawthorne Hotel was the perfect place for our daughter's bridal shower Sunday, July 19th 2020. The staff was friendly and so helpful, the location was great for everyone, and the food was delicious. We had the shower in Sophia's Room which was bright and open. We would recommend the Hawthorne Hotel to anyone planning a special event, it was perfect! Every detail of this experience was magnificent. The atmosphere, the service and the overall cleanliness made this a most memorable experience for our guests. Our guests were calling me to tell me how wonderful the shower was and how they loved the event. I would highly recommend this venue to others. Alaina Ferreiro and Karen O'Kane were exceptional in their professional yet patient assistance. From the moment we arrived to set up, the valet couldn't have been more helpful. This is a beautiful hotel and walking distance to lots of stuff. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The only complaint was the beds were so hard and I think they should consider updating. It definitely made for a bad nights rest. More...
