We have worked with Hawthorn twice over the past 7 years and as a result have two amazing homes. What separates Hawthorn from many other builders is their team approach. Ryan, one of the owners, was our main contact from the beginning and great to work with. We built a unique home for the New England area, and the vision and leadership by their head designer, Jess, was amazing. Chris, manages all parts of the project from budget to overseeing the different contractors. Our project manager, deemed "Uncle Mark" because he was at our house so often, lead the charge on the ground. Lauren, who works with Jess on the design team, helped with all of the finishing touches. We now use their maintenance program and work with Adam who is extremely dependable and responsive. Building a new home can be very daunting, Hawthorn's adaptability and team-orientated approach allowed us to meet all challenges head on with incredible results.
