Haven Therapy of Atlanta is a practice dedicated to providing shelter from the storms you face, both personally and in your relationships. We value diversity and contribute to building a better world through mental, emotional, and relational wellness. It is our mission to promote meaningful change through authentic, empathic connection.

Haven was established in 2020 in response to the growing need for virtual therapy at the onset of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Many communities experienced additional trauma, while the world grappled with deeply rooted social inequities. It was clear that quality therapy, promoting security in an unsafe world, would be essential.

We are mental health care providers dedicated to helping you along the journey to restoration and change. Here, you will be empowered to look inward to face struggles and learn to curate your ideal self/relationships. We embrace diversity, difference, and change. We celebrate your culture and the many identities that construct your worldview.
