I first became acquainted with Chad through my boss, whose wedding he had also officiated. Chad is incredibly warm, funny, and personable. He handled my rowdy wedding party in stride and nailed our ceremony. The only things we knew about our ceremony were that we wanted somebody else to do most of the talking (we can be awkward! ) and we wanted something very personal that would have our guests both laughing and crying. We got that with Chad and so much more. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable with Chad because he is professional, knowledgeable and laid-back. He had a lot of suggestions based on his experience but always reminded us that it was our wedding so we should do what felt right for us. He was flexible and responsive throughout the planning process, and it also helped that he got our sarcastic sense of humor so we were able to laugh together. We had such a wonderful experience with Chad. When we decided to use an officiant for our ceremony, we started our search blindly. We trusted Wedding Wire's reviews while setting up our potential officiant Skype sessions. (We are based in Los Angeles, however both from Maryland and got married in Baltimore) The moment we chatted with Chad, we knew he would be the best fit. Andy did an amazing job of delivering our ideal wedding ceremony! After getting engaged we knew we wanted a very custom ceremony that was secular and reflected our personal beliefs on love and marriage. My husband and I were looking for a light, fun ceremony for our outside wedding and Have Love, Will Travel delivered! Andy met with us in person to get to know as a couple and took the time to customize our ceremony to say exactly what we wanted and sent it to us beforehand to review. He was extremely responsive during the whole process. The day before the wedding, he walked us through the ceremony and made sure we felt good about it and also filed the marriage license after the wedding for us, which was a huge time saver. My favorite part was that Andy incorporated our love story on how we met and how our relationship developed to how we got engaged, which I received an overwhelming amount of complements form our guests on. We were in a frantic situation when our original officiant fell through only 3 months before the big day and Andy was incredibly responsive, friendly and immediately made me feel at ease after our first conversation. Chad made our wedding ceremony beautiful and unforgettable! From our first conversation, Chad took the time and effort to get to know us and to tailor our ceremony to our personalities and preferences. My husband and I are not religious, but we still wanted a beautiful ceremony with meaningful passages and quotes included. Chad helped us choose and incorporate some passages and readings that meant a lot to us, and he weaved them in so seamlessly and beautifully into the ceremony as a whole. Let me just say one thing, this vendor has amazing people working for them. We had the privilege of having Andy marry us.
Andy was an amazing addition to our wedding. I loved everything about his style. From the very first time talking on the phone. To our first meeting we knew that he was the guy to marry us! His personality, his style everything fit the bill of what we were looking for. He was always so excited and you could tell he seriously loved what he did and he did it GREAT! He joked around with my husband (from the beginning my husband told Andy that he didn't want a long drawn out ceremony) so from that moment on Andy made sure to joke about how long it was going to be. Not only did we love him but our family and friends loved him as well. Andy took the time to incorporate who My husband and I were in our ceremony. Everyone loved the fact that he put our story and how we met etc. This was such an awesome touch as it brought us back to the reason we were where we were and why. I met Jessica and Kiko at a wedding expo in Baltimore last August and ended up booking Jessica as my day-of coordinator. She helped tremendously with planning our day's timeline and was there from start through clean up at the end. Kiko accompanied her as her assistant the day of, which made getting everything ready and perfect that much easier. We communicated in the time leading up to our wedding while I was 3000 miles away and were able to meet in person the week before so we could handle any last questions/concerns and so I could hand over contact information for my vendors. I didn't have to worry about anything other than showing up on time on the day of our wedding, which was such a relief, and she made sure that things came together without any (visible) hitch. My wife & I hired Andy Vineberg of Have Love Will Travel for our June 11 wedding & we could not be more satisfied with our experience. We knew that we wanted a secular ceremony since we are both non-practicing Jews. Luckily, we stumbled on Have Love through WeddingWire. Andy blew us away during our initial interview by expressing a genuine interest in us as a couple, what we were looking for out of an officiant, & what our vision of our wedding day looked like. In the interview, Andy gave us a sense of a typical ceremony of his, but made it clear that he was flexible & willing to tailor his ceremony to us.
Once we hired Andy, working with him was an absolute pleasure. He was responsive to questions & made sure to stay on top of all dates & scheduling concerns. About 4-6 weeks out from the wedding we met up with Andy in person to have an info gathering session, during which he asked us more questions about our story, what we loved about the other & what traditions or elements we wanted included in the wedding. Andy later provided us with a half dozen previous ceremonies that he had done & had us review them to find aspects of those ceremonies we liked. Once we had completed that, Andy put together a beautiful ceremony complete with the readings, traditions & vows that we wanted.
Andy was ready & prepared for the rehearsal & helped us plan out exactly how everything would go. On the big day, Andy performed marvelously & knew where, when & how everything was supposed to take place (even for our rainy day back-up plan). We could tell Andy really understood us as a couple & made sure that that sentiment was present throughout the ceremony, from the first words to the final I Do. We got compliments on the food & the music at the wedding, but far & away the thing we heard most about from our friends & family was how impressed they were with our officiant.

My now husband and I are different religions so we didn't want religion to play a factor in the ceremony. The ceremony was about the 2 of us joining together and not about religion. So so so many many thanks to Kiko for officiating our DREAM wedding ceremony. Going into planning our wedding, we know only that we wanted a non-religious ceremony, and that we wanted to feel like we were being married by one of our friends. However, having a smaller guest list we didn't want to ask that of anyone, so we hired Kiko, and he did not let us down!! He prepared us and talked us through the several ceremony decisions we didn't even know needed to be made, and got to know us just enough to officiate a memorable ceremony that was just the right amount of sweet, funny, and personal. Our guests even asked if he was one of our friends :). Chad really took the time to get to know us and our relationship, and produced a beautiful wedding ceremony that we received a lot of compliments on at the reception.

We aren't particularly religious, so we didn't want to include anything biblical, but the ceremony still felt very full and meaningful, despite being secular in nature.
