I recently completed the 10 day cleanse that Harvey offers. By day 4 I had more energy than I think i have ever had in my entire life. Going to work, after school activities with the kids, homework, dinners, baths, etc. did not slow me down like it normally would. I did not crash in the middle of the day and i had laser focus at work. Harvey spent time talking to me on a Sunday and at 7 o'clock at night during the cleanse. He immediately answered texts when i had questions and he checked in on me throughout the ten days. Harvey is now helping me to sustain that energy and healthier eating habits after the ten days. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Food is fuel for our bodies. It is absolutely the most important aspect of a good health management or preventative wellness program. You wouldn't put substandard gasoline in your automobile, so why put substandard food into your body? Spend a few weeks learning my approach to better eating and start seeing and feeling better!
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people become better, more healthier versions of themselves. It can be profoundly empowering to truly discover how food is supposed to work in our lives, and learn how to truly take back the controls of your own health. Helping my clients with this process is extremely rewarding and gratifying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always preferred being self employed. I'd rather create my own job than take a job out of the job market. That is just the way I am wired.

With my 25+ years of restaurant-catering chef background, coupled with my many professional nutrition credentials and counseling skills, I offer my clients a unique opportunity to learn and change, to truly enjoy healthier foods, and to be heard and supported throughout the process.
