Q&As

We provide everything from: accounts payable, account receivable, fixed assets, payroll processing, bank and credit card reconciliations, job costing, sales and use tax filing, property tax filing, financial statements, cash flow statements, and budgets and forecasting. For year-end services we provide: annual financials, reconciliations, 1099 reporting, and tax preparation.

It is important because a "good" accountant/bookkeeper can provide guidance, make recommendations, and help with solutions that can help a small business succeed and thrive.

I love helping small and medium sized businesses grow.

I was inspired by two companies I had worked for shutting down and me getting laid off two years in a row.

Clients should choose my company for the knowledge, education, and years of experience that my firm has. I am a strong believer that having a great relationship with my client will also lead to great outcomes for my client. Communication is also a key component that we take seriously and love to show our clients that we care about their business.

Work is done mostly remotely, using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks desktop in a "hosted" environment. There is also a "portal", that is used for sharing documents. Clients can upload documents and receive documents through this customized service.
