Harneet is a phenomenal photographer and was highly responsive and thoughtful as we prepared for our shoot. We went to Kauai on a babymoon and wanted to have professional photos taken. I found 4 possible photographers and my partner and I agreed Harneet was our favorite; because of his images and also the way he seemed to respect, honor and delight in the experience of taking photos of meaningful occasions. The day of the shoot it was raining and we were worried we'd have to cancel. But, Harneet encouraged us to keep the slot and drove across the island to our confirmed location. He was quick, thoughtful, professional, and felt like a true expert with his direction and use of his equipment. He captured beautiful lighting, utilized all the spaces from in the water to on the cliffs above, and gave us clear guidance for how to engage with each other for our first ever photo shoot! My fiancé (boyfriend at the time) contacted Harneet prior to our trip to Hawaii to schedule a surprise proposal and engagement shoot. He had no idea where to go on the island and Harneet helped him plan everything (what beach, what time, where to park, etc.). Harneet was extremely discreet (I had no idea he was anywhere near us!) and perfectly captured the moment we got engaged. Following the proposal, we took photos with Harneet for about 45 minutes as the sun was setting. We both hate getting our pictures taken, but Harneet made us feel relaxed and had us focus on enjoying the moment. He talked us through some shots and let us go off on our own for others. Taking the photos was truly effortless. Within 2 days, he sent us 15 “sneak peek” photos to enjoy and share with our loved ones. We just received our full set of photos and WOW. They are incredibly beautiful. His edits are very natural, and he did a perfect job highlighting the gorgeous Hawaiian landscape surrounding us. We cannot say enough good things about Harneet’s work. When we decided to elope to Kauai I only had 3 requirements; a great dress, a breath taking view, and magical photos to remember it all. Harneet was the perfect choice to round out my dream wedding. I found him online, and since we had to plan everything from 5,000 miles away I knew I was taking a chance. We booked him for a sunrise pre-wedding photo shoot and he was a breeze to work with. He was great at picking the most flattering poses and fixing small things here and there while letting us be ourselves. I went into my wedding day hoping for 5 to 10 nice photos to frame or post. Instead, I loved the way I look in almost every photo, which is a miracle by my standards. And now I have to choose which photos are the best of the best, or which ones I like the lighting in the most because they are all fantastic! Not only is he an amazing photographer, but he was also super easy to work with and great at getting back to us right away. We felt extremely at ease with him from the moment we met him. He made the shoot so fun and relaxing that by the time we were done I couldn't believe an hour had gone by and cursed myself for not booking more time. We were so fortunate to have found Harneet! He took our maternity photos while on vacation in Kauai. I set it up kind of last minute but Harneet was super flexible with the timing and day. We decided to elope. Even though we were keeping things simple, finding an excellent photographer was really importance to us.  Wedding photos will be treasured for a lifetime.  An excellent photo is priceless.  I am very particular when it comes to photography.  We went through many review sites and photographer portfolios.  Harneet's portfolio made him the obvious choice.  Don't waste your time searching, choose Harneet.Harneet was easy very responsive and professional.  His pricing was straight forward and worth every penny. He was very accommodating to our requests for which we were grateful.  He provided great direction during the wedding photoshoot.  I don't like photos that feel posed; Harneet's instructions felt natural and genuine.  He allowed us to really enjoy being in "the moment".Our wedding took place at sunrise, outside on a beach.  While planning the wedding, I was concerned about the timing and low lighting.  It can be challenging to capture in photographs.  My worries were unfounded.  The end results were beautiful!  It's a sure sign of an excellent photographer, quality camera, and lenses.  I was also concerned because I cried more often than I'd like to admit during the ceremony.  I was convinced all the photos would be of me ugly crying.  Some how he captured the best of us both.We were also very happy with the sample photos and the turn around time for the completed product.  In the end, the only problem we had was deciding which photo we liked best.  An excellent problem to have!  We will definitely use him again on our next trip to Kauai! Harneet photographed our destination wedding and was phenomenal! We booked our wedding through Ali’i Kauai Weddings and were beyond blessed that Harneet was part of our team. Harneet is amazing. He captured our surprise engagement on the beach at sunset. I contacted him about a month before the "surprise" and told him when and where I wanted to pop the question. I asked if he could just be down there on the beach and act like a photographer that was there taking pictures of sunsets or ocean waves, or whatever. Anyway, that was all the instruction I gave him.. I said I'd be there at a certain date and time and that was it. When the day came he shot me a quick text and said "I'm here" I replied "ok" and then proceeded to walk my soon to be fiancé down the path to the beach. As we walked onto the beach i saw Harneet taking photos but he looked completed unsuspect  and I never even acknowledged his presence. My Girlfirend didn't even notice him either, which was exactly what o wanted. So into the proposal, I got down one knee asked my princess if she'd be mine forever, blah blah blah. She said yes, Harneet caught the whole thing. After she wiped away the tears and grabbed a hold of herself Harneet spent the next 30-45 mins taking awesome photos of us on the beach. He edited 16 photos within 24 hours and shot me a link where I could view/download them for our announcement. I couldn't be happier. His price is very reasonable considering the device he provides. We were set up with Harneet through his wife, who was our wedding planner. Talk about a dream team! When she sent us his website and I started browsing through pictures, I knew he was going to take great care of us for our elopement. We were originally planning to meet for engagement photos this May, and then do a 30-or-so person destination wedding in May 2018. When we decided to elope on this trip out instead, everyone was on board and excited! Communication during the planning process was clear and easy.I met Harneet in person when I showed up to the ceremony site, about 10 minutes out from marrying my husband. Anyone just meeting their photographer for such a big moment might have been nervous or anxious, but those feelings were far from my mind. He introduced himself with a warm handshake and Aloha, and we all just simply settled right into everything. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable in front of the camera even though we felt a little awkward for the first couple minutes of shooting (we hadn't, after all, done engagement photos before this).We booked 4 hours even though we were just doing a private elopement ceremony, because we wanted to be able to go to a couple different locations to get the most out of the beautiful landscape of Kauai. Harneet was so excited to show us the best highlights of the island, bringing in a second shooter to get bigger shots at our ceremony site, and then taking us on a full tour of the North Shore. All in all we shot photos at 7 or 8 different locations, ending with sunset photos in the water at Ke'e Beach.The whole time, Harneet gently posed us when he needed to, gave us clear directions, encouraged us to be natural with each other, and reassured us that we were doing great. He took really great care of us the whole afternoon, laughing and talking with us in the car between locations, giving us restaurant and beach recommendations, and answering questions we had about the island. He told us we could expect to see a couple "sneak peek" photos in a few days. Imagine our surprise when we got an email the next night with 16 beautiful images for us to ooh and ahh over! They were clear and flattering, with a lot of care taken to take advantage of the light and we feel really great about the balance he achieved between us and the landscape. Harneet perfectly captured the most important moments of the happiest day of our lives, and he did so with ease and confidence. I used a wedding planner to take care of all the details of our wedding, and Harneet happened to be the photographer selected for our day. I honestly did not expect too much (considering the amazing overall price of the wedding package), and knew I would be happy with just a couple of hopefully good shots of us on the beach (I had no idea what to expect for a semi-casual beach wedding)... but BOY did Harneet deliver!! His work is comparable to photographers I've used in the past that have cost $3000 or more for various events!!
