The service was absolutely excellent! I treated myself at first, and then my mom for Mother's Day and then again for her birthday. There are different levels of massage strength and massage time which worked for my mom since she required only a gentle touch, while I like a slightly stronger touch.Would definitely go again! My husband and I went here today from a Groupon we purchased. Holy holy !!! It was so amazing. The staff was very friendly and the massages were so perfect. It was quiet and peaceful and the perfect pressure was used. They provided aromatherapy which was so relaxing. The blankets were so nice and warm and so was the oil they used. My husband and I did a couple massages today with Jamie and Danielle. They were both amazing. Danielle did deep tissue on my husband which he loved. Jamie did all my pressure points that I enjoyed soo much. They both worked on certain areas that were bothering us. They both were very professional and the atmosphere was soothing and relaxing. I had a great experience with Harmony Within Massage! My massage therapist was Elizabeth and she was really professional, courteous and very pleasant. She definitely made me feel welcome and comfortable. She did such a great job with my massage and really focused on specific areas that I needed the most attention and used the right amount of pressure I had requested. I had an amazing experience for my first time with Harmony Within Massage Spa and with Kathy. I definitely felt Kathy's healing aura and willingness and interest in helping make things better/improving things via touch, guidance/advice, etc. I felt that I benefited from a holistic perspective and got more than a massage that destressed/relieved tension. I got a deep tissue massage today from Elizabeth, who is new to HWMS. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! She was careful around my pain points, and really worked through muscles that were in desperate need of attention. I thought I was having hip joint issues, and the massage on the muscle below my hip helped relieve the pain. Booked another appointment before I left. they were all very friendly and polite, the service is very good. I suffer from sciatica due to a car accident. I had several weeks suffering from pain and even had trouble sleeping. after a massage combined with exercises and a diet. I could feel the difference. I've really appreciated Jamie's rapport with me. I went to her looking for treatment of sore hamstrings and hips from running. In September, she started using Structural Integration and the effects have been game-changing. I feel as if my hips have been "unlocked" and continuing therapy have had very positive effects on my legs. I'd recommend Jamie highly for runner's or anyone who has muscular issues in their legs.
