Nice upscale restaurant near downtown Ogden. Located on Washington with validated parked next door. Upon entering, you'll notice the upscale feel in the decor. Staff seated us promptly and provided water immediately. Order was taken by the friendly waitress and bread was provided along with the drinks we ordered. Friday and Saturday is when the prime rib is available but I opted for the short ribs and a cup of creamy asparagus soup. Soup was pretty standard. The short rib was cooked well with a standard red wine sauce. Potatoes and veggies with some gravy on the side. It was good. Wife had the prime rib and enjoyed that with mashed potatoes on the side that could have used some gravy possibly. Price overall is a bit on the high side but it was a quiet and relaxing dinner so worth it on occasion. There's a few more things on the menu that I want to try so we'll definately be going back. I really enjoy the Buffalo burger, it's my favorite item out of all they have their.. The burger in itself is big enough that you will need napkins and a big mouth. Been wanting to try this place for a while now. Glad we did. Prime rib was amazing. brisket and ribs with spicy BBQ sauce was so good and had a lingering sting. Crab cakes were just right. First time in and it was excellent. We met the owner and he took care of us every step of the way. He knew it was our first time in and he and the server both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious. Not a lot of good to say about this place which is probably why it was near to empty on a Friday night. The red wine list was almost non-existent due apparently to a “failure in their liquor delivery” what ever that means. The appetizers lacked any imagination and the steak was of poor quality. The salmon was just ok and the tuna average. The accompanying vegetables were lackluster. The waitress was confused. Stopped here on a quiet Tuesday night while in Ogden for work- I was a bit nervous since it was dinner time and there was only one other table of customers, but I'm so glad I gave it a try!  Atmosphere & decor are both on point, and the food was absolutely delicious!  Staff was also very friendly and attentive.  Highly recommend trying their short ribs!  The mashed potatoes had a great buttery flavor which really complimented the meat and sauce for the ribs.  Meat had a wonderful glaze to it and literally just fell off the bone - extremely tender! It was a long drive for us to visit Harley & Buck's for Easter Brunch but it was seriously worth our efforts. The chief has impeccable seasoning skills in which I can say to be the best combinations I have ever had anywhere. Every selection on the table was seasoned perfectly especially the grilled fresh asparagus which was a delight.
