Jeff, the owner, is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. The whole crew there is extremely friendly and make everyone feel welcome as a safe space. The atmosphere is pretty chill and everyone is friendly. This isn't a McGym like 24-hour fitness or Planet Fitness though, people are there to work not socialize (mostly) . More...
