I am an overseas Security Contractor. I got married to my wife in Uganda Africa and for 4 years we tried to get her spouse visa due to her being an Ugandan Citizen. Countless times she was denied for different paperwork reasons so we would refile and this would cost us each time to refile. I finally was at my last resort and looked for an attorney. I googled and found multiple lawyers and called them, but Harlan York was the most strait forward to the point and honest . He accepted the case and the firm walked me through everything step by step while I was overseas. The case started in February of 2018 and my wife moved to the United States in November 2018 (9 months). Not only did she get a visa but her green card came shortly after. Best Immigration firm in the nation hands down !!! If you have a green card adjustment of status case that is complex or not complex I suggest going with Harlan York to get it right the first time and if it is a complex case as mine was no other firm can get you a favorable green card decision like Harlan York can. My green card case was employment based and became extremely complex due to change of jobs and the legal troubles I landed myself in. My case was handled by attorney Lauren Anselowitz who drove my case end to end with extreme finesse. She is by far the most professional immigration attorney I have dealt with and while I was thinking I had to pack up and go back home...SLAM DUNK ! She got me my green card !!! If you need a immigration firm to drive your case to a favorable resolution and considering how much immigration policies are getting strict I would suggest Harlan York & Associates time and time over and over again !!! Mr. York is an amazing attorney, the best of the best! Very knowledgeable, very professional, very effective and updated. Mr .
