After getting several quotes from other local businesses I was almost ready to settle. Hardy windows was my last quote and I am glad I had them come out. The price was the best but that always makes me a touch nervous. I can say you can rest assured that the price is just the start of the experience. Installation crew was respectful and courteous. They introduced themselves and took care to be respectful to my toddler and my family's needs. I have 30+ windows. I needed some minor touch ups and adjustments and they scheduled these repairs promptly. I found a scratch on one of the windows and they came out and swapped a window under warranty right away. Customer Service at its finest!  I purchased my windows 10 years ago and had a great experience.  With a recent home remodel realized that a few windows needed an adjustment.  I called Hardy and they set me up a service appointment.  Adrian came today and adjusted all the windows as good as new for NO CHARGE!  Thank you Hardy and Adrian for being amazing! We just completed our window installation with Hardy on March 27, 2019. Our experience was positive all the way. Jason Allen listened to our needs and expectations and was very helpful with suggestions about styles and manufacturers and helped us navigate the process. Later, Joseph and his crew were just amazing with their installation, completing it in 1 1/2 days. They were obviously experienced making no mistakes I am aware of. Looking for a good window installer? Don't know who to choose? Well friends look no further than HARDY WINDOWS. I was referred by my HOA and I gotta say I love these windows. Essentially, you make an appointment. They send out one of their guys to measure the window. They give you a quote and an estimate of how long it will take cause they have to custom order the windows. Might take a couple of weeks. Installed 4 windows. White Vinyl. They look amazing. Hardy windows installed our windows around 10 years ago. During that time till present I had to call them a few times for warranty repair on my windows. Nothing major just worn out parts.Usually when I would call for warranty they would schedule a date for the warranty repair and if the technician had the parts on hand he would repair the windows on the spot however there where a few times that the parts had to be ordered and the technician would return in a timely manner a few days later.Well on 12/13/2018 I walked into the bedroom and the glass window frame was literally fell out from the track towards inside the house. I asked my wife what happen and she did not realize that the windows had fallen out..I called Hardy window and spoke to Lindsey on 12/13/2018 and I explained that on 12/15/2018 I was leaving town and I needed the window repaired ASAP because I could not turn the house alarm. She took all my information down and repeated all the information back to me and also she had my wife's cell number and repeated the number as well.Lindsey supplied me with great customer service and she assured me that she was going to email Eddie (Service Manager) and Eddie will do his best to try to schedule me in for 12/14/2018.On 12/14/2018 @ approximately 9:30am I spoke with Eddie and explained to him my problem. To my surprise Eddie already had the email pulled up on his computer which was sent by Lindsey the prior day and was aware of the problem and had all my contact information.Eddie moved forward and checked his log to check if any of his technicians where in the area. He stated that all his technician were working in SD and out of state and didn't have any local technicians. I asked Eddie so where do we go from here? Eddie was very quick to response well I'll have to go down there myself. I was so shock with Eddie's response that I had to ask him to repeat himself. He stated I won't be able to get there till noon I told Eddie not a problem. He stated I'll be there between 11:00am and noon. We are posting this as my wife and I want everyone to know we are enjoying our sliding doors and window. The Hardy Window company in Placentia sold us a good quality sliding door and window above, last spring.  The crew was very considerate of our home and extremely professional in their installation.  Six months later we want to add one locking item for our dog to enter and exit.  Hardy arranged the item with the manufacturer and will install it for free.  Benjamin is a great sales rep to work with, the installation went very well, and they remembered us after the sale when we needed help.  So pleased, we wanted to post this! I am so happy with my windows! From the very beginning of the process I have been extremely happy with the service I received from Benjamin and his team. Once approved by my homeowners association, windows where ordered and ready for installation in a few weeks. The install process was quick and smooth and the crew cleaned up after themselves. After some settling, I noticed a couple areas with gaps in the caulking which I know can happen. I contacted Benjamin and within two days, they had a guy out to fix the issue. The windows look fantastic and you can really feel a difference in the temperature with double pane. Price was great too. The best quote I received. We had the original metal/aluminium windows from 1963 in our home.  We upgraded to Amerimax windows and a beautiful sliding door.  We love the double lock feature and trim package. I received three estimates from different window companies (like a good consumer should), and Jim from Hardy Windows was the person who came to give us the estimate.  I felt he was not "sales pitchy" like the two others, and really down to earth guy just trying to figure out my needs.  It also helped that the quote was 20% cheaper than others I received.  I was prepared to deal with a little less customer service for a quote that was this much cheaper... but I was pleasantly surprised.  There was a hiccup when I signed the contract and emailed it back to them, and for some reason they never received my payment information.  When I called them to inquire when the appointment would be (I was told to expect 4-6 week wait) they quickly found the mistake and tried to work me into their busy schedule as soon as possible and had the sliding door and window's ordered. They did a good job in communicating everything after that point. 4 weeks later...we had them all installed yesterday!  Jozef and a crew of about 5 people shows up slightly before appointment time of 8am, and they were all amazing.  Jozef was extremely helpful and respectful.  I have a baby, and they were able to finish off a room first so my baby could sleep and nap in the room while they finished the rest of the job in the house.  All of Jozef's team were so understanding and accommodating of our situation, and were so respectful of our home.  They placed sheets covering all over the stairs/floor/carpet where they would be walking and working areas to avoid dirtying the floors.  And vacuumed and cleaned all the areas after all the work was done ~ impressed! (I was prepared to do lots of cleaning after they finished but didn't have to)  They even reinstalled all my existing window blinds/shades on the new windows!  Everything looks really good, and they really delivered on customer service!  Thanks again!
