We were a party of 5 that stayed over the week of the 4th of July. The hotel staff were outstanding! Especially Candiane, Tyesha, and Monte! The front desk was well informed, and took an genuine interest in our daily escapades... Breakfast was amazing, the omelets to die for! I've stayed at Pier 5 three times over the past month as business takes me through Baltimore frequently. Until recently, my "go to" has always been the waterfront Marriott. But the staff and accomodations at Pier 5 have exceeded expectations. I was even upgraded to a suite last month as the room I had wanted was not available.||I Love the fact they TXT me to let me know the rooms ready and I can check in early...and sometimes even offer me discounted room upgrades by email.||Front Desk has been super helpful- Kudos to Manager Sandy Clark and her team...offering shuttles to Little Italy and reminding me about breakfast in the am.||The breakfasts were terrific, and reasonable priced with a choice of hot or continental.||Chef Monte "nailed" the eggs over easy and perfect crisp bacon....and my server, Ty-Easher was friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff seems to take real pride in their facility and added to the experience. The self park option is reasonably priced for Baltimore at $23, and easy to use with light luggage. We were here for my husband’s annual Christmas party and I just wanted to say how much we look forward to the warm welcome we always receive when we stay at Pier 5. The customer service is excellent. This year we were greeted by Alexandria who was a new face but she did not disappoint. She was the first face to greet us and made us feel right at home. ||||Our festivities would not have been complete without Candace and Eugenie who kept the party well serviced with drinks, food, and awesome smiles and helpful and attentive attitudes. Marc was a new face who also went out of his way to make the evening great with the cocktails and his fun dancing moves.||||Breakfast was again a pleasure. We were so pleasantly surprised to find Chef Monte here again this year. He makes the most amazing omelets and always serves everyone with a smile. He and Michelle served us with big smiles, caring and attentive attitudes. We stayed here Sat 12/7 & Sunday 12/8. From the moment we arrived, Sandy and Alexandria were gracious, accomodating & personable. They instantly made us feel welcome! They both provided personal & genuine insight as to where we should go for an incredible seafood meal & Sandy offered personal feedback regarding her experiences at the restaurant.||Alexandria was a warm & friendly face again when we woke up this morning and started our day with a bright smile & kind demeanor...so much so that we decided to stay one more night. I stayed at the Pier 5 Hotel for one and only night in Baltimore on the last day of a four day business swing in the region. The hotel was clean and modern, very smartly designed. The location is fantastic and easy to find. You can walk the entire Inner Harbor quite easily from the Pier 5. ||The Harbor view room was roomy and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights & love this little hotel! The staff was wonderful & very personable, helpful as well. Great walkable location too! The only day our room was cleaned, we were only left with 1 bath towel. We just called the desk & got another one. But housekeeping should wipe the bathtub tile down with cleanser & the tile baseboards too a little more often then they do. All this said, we will be returning soon!
