I have been under the care of Dr. Haque since June of 2015 and I only have good things to say about my experience. She has helped me manage the stresses and pains of of my Chronic Tophaceous Gout and Osteoarthritis with her care and product offerings. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and her staff makes you feel welcome each time I have been there. For the first time in my young life I am able to move, I am able to walk without being uncomfortable in my hips. This is almost a miracle for me. I am truly blessed to have Dr. Haque and Dr. Jeff! My experience with the professionals at Haque Chiropractic has been nothing short of incredible and I'm a better, happier person today than I was when I started seeing them 9 months ago. Dr. Haque is an amazing Chiropractor and one of my favorite people, she's basically equal parts Chiropractor and life coach. Lay on that table for 5 minutes while waiting for your adjustment and just listen to how she talks to people, it's easy to see that she genuinely cares about her patients health and well-being. As for the treatments, I'm in significantly less pain than I have been and getting better every day. I golf at least once a week now and before I started seeing her I could hardly even swing a club anymore. The entire company can provide all levels of service. I have a personal trainer, massage therapist, awesome chiropractor. There is also a very friendly front office staff, billing specialist that takes care of your insurance company so you don't have to deal with it . Dr. Deena is great and so is the entire staff. I've taken advantage of all but the skin care services. I can say that the staff are friendly, helpful and provide encouragement. The doctors, like Dr. Haque, are interested in more than just getting through their appointments. They like to get to know you and work with you with lifestyle changes as well as the adjustments. I did a weight-loss/diet change program there and lost 30 pounds and have been able to maintain the loss for 3 months now. Megan gives great massages. I appreciate the trainer who has helped me get stronger. The private rooms and calm atmosphere are also a plus. I've seen other chiropractors in the area and Haque Chiropractic is by far the best. Absolutely the best! I've been seeing Dr. Haque on and off for a number of years as problems have come up from my desk job to migraines and now sciatica. She has fixed everything. Going to Dr. Haque for sciatica is much better that going to a "specialist" so I could get an injection of cordezone. That would only numb the symptoms, not eliminate the problem. Dr. Haque is in the process of eliminating it! She was honest, that it can't be fixed with one or two adjustments. It does require more sessions and exercise on my part, but after 2 weeks I'm feeling enormously better! Thank you Dr. Haque!! More...

I heard about this place through a friend who had a great experience and was referred to see Dr. Deena Arenas. I was Very impressed with how detailed she was from her evaluation to her diagnosis of my issues. I have been going there for over a month now and am happy to a say that my posture has improved and the pain I was having has gone away. These are something I've been experiencing for years and amazed of how they have improved in the time I have been going there. I have been a patient here since 2007.  I came to Dr. Haque because she was recommended by a friend and I was suffering from neck pain and numbness in my fingers.  I also had lower back pain.  Dr. Haque did x-rays and explained what was wrong, what I was doing that caused the symptoms I was having, and what the treatment plan was.  I started getting relief after my first adjustment and she was able to take care of my problems entirely.  While I feel that I was cured, I'm not always the best at working out consistently or following her recommendations.  So I return for periodic treatments.  But I am generally pain free and feel healthier overall.  I really like Dr. Haque (Anita) and I consider her a friend.  The staff are always willing to fit me in at a moment's notice, and I think they do that for everyone.  I like the other 2 doctors, as well, and I have no problems seeing them if that fits better into my schedule.  Overall going to Haque Chiropractic is a pleasant experience and I will continue to go there. Ever since having my 2nd child my hip was hurting really bad. I was unable to workout, sometimes even walking was painful.  I was about to make an appt with my MD and decided to seek out chiropractic care first.  Dr Haque has made me believer in chiropractic care! Making the decision to commit was hard because it is expensive but it was the best decision I made.  The staff is so kind and welcoming, you are seriously treated like family.  I was able to bring my children here while I got adjusted.  And dr Haque is awesome!   I have completed my treatment and now on maintenance care, which I am happy to do because I want to be adjusted every month!  I am happy to report I ran a 10k and have no more hip pain! Dr. Haque cares about the whole you. She recently introduced a Collagen treatment that is unique and works! I can't explain it exactly, but the results are less wrinkles, smoother neck, and the best complexion I have had in years! I highly recommend this!

Struggling to keep up with work and everyday activities was a challenge, but thanks to Dr. Haque and her team I suffer no more. With some adjustments and helpful tips on how to stretch I am able to move a lot better and feel less to no pain at all. I came to Dr. Haque with an existing lower back/leg problem ( for 10 yrs).  Her thorough examination (x-rays) and evaluation (at time of treatment) found my problem immediately!  Wow!  She is so knowledgeable and experienced, there seems to be no problem that she cannot diagnosis and treat!    My only disappointment is the wait, especially when you have an scheduled appt. even the wait while in the treatment room can be long.  But...once she is with you, she is in no hurry to leave until she has helped you with your problem!!!   If Dr. Haque is not in that day, i do not get an adjustment...Dr. Haque is the one who should take care of you!!  She is a miracle worker!!! My husband & I have been getting treated by Dr. Haque ever since she opened in 2004 I believe on Chestnut!  Even though her business grew and decor is even more stellar on 1st street, the care and genuine interest in our health and welfare has stayed beautifully the same!  Excellent, caring, professional and available! Yes the cost has gone up, but what hasn't!  (gas, food etc.) I was treated for post accident effects and am on maintenance now.When I think about my health, the cost is secondary. Now I decided to take Dr. Haque up on the Weight loss program since I have been trying to lose the same 10 lbs for 11 years since our wedding. Well, it was pricey, but I realized that anything I did that costs me has worked!  So, the first week, I was religious to follow the program and lost a little over 5 lbs. This was amazing and I love the motivation of that!  So now I was not craving French Fries and potatoes every single day and drinking lots of water!  By the 3rd week I had lost 12 lbs and after the 6 weeks a total of 17lbs. I did not lose muscle just fat and inches from my thighs, waist and hips.(the Triple Threat!) I now am free from cravings, eat slower and enjoy my food more, snack and eat healthy but most importantly I FEEL great and have tons of energy!  Oh, by the way, I am 62-1/2 years old and look better than ever! I started going to Dr. Haque just about a year ago.  I will say I was not a willing participant in the snap, crackle and pop that I thought chiropractic care was.  My girlfriend was going and suggested I go.  I was in physical therapy at the time for a chipped bone in my foot.  My physical therapist had me doing the stand on one leg thing and balance.  I just could not do it.  I would fall over or have to hold on to the wall.I also suffered from a headache, every day since I was in my teens.  Not a big headache, just something that was there everyday.  It was there when I woke up and it was there when I went to sleep.  I had just learned to live with it. I also suffered from the occasional knock me out migraine.I was laying in bed the morning after my first adjustment and thought - "what is different?"  It was my headache, the one I had had for close to 40 years every single day was gone.  AND it has not been back since.  Yes, I still get an occasional headache, but I have not had a knock me out one since I started seeing her.I then got up to do my physical therapy exercises and low and behold, I could stand on one leg without tipping over or holding on to anything.  Then I tried the up on the toes on one foot, no problem.I would highly recommend chiropractic care to anyone now and if you live within 50 miles of Haque Chiropractic Wellness in Livermore get in there and let them help you from whatever has been ailing you. Dr. Haque is amazing.  She is very thorough and focused on your healing.    She makes you feel like you are the only person that matters.  I first saw Dr. Haque because I did not want to have surgery on my hands to relieve the constant pain and numbness.  After two adjustments my lower back felt better, I could move more freely and without pain.  Atfer about 3 weeks my hands did not hurt all the time and the numbness was greatly reduced.  I highly recommend Haque Chiroparctic.  Dr. Haque and her staff are very professional and friendly.
