My Mindset Life-Guide coaching encompasses a broad knowledge based centered around mindset, holistic health, brain health, naturopathy, business, and success building. I have been working one-on-one with people for over 20-years. From business executives to working moms, I have been coaching people from all walks of life. Those I choose to coach have a desire to become a more happy and whole person. I hold my clients accountable and support them with the resources they need. I am very direct with a big heart.
