Working with a variety of people and watching them grow into a more happy and whole person. I love I get to be apart of their journey for a short period of time and witness their progress.

I wanted to help others heal. I wanted to bring realistic and effective practices that people can be successful with. I healed myself and now I get to help others do the same and it all starts with our brain health.

Clients should choose me because in their gut they know I am a good fit for them. Also, I have a broad background in health and my clients will feel guided, supported, and empowered. Never judged or let down.
