The best service I have used in 15 years in Chicago. Rates are very reasonable. Beyond their cleaning service, I found the way this business was managed to be the most refreshing. I initially contacted Happy Place on Thumbtack. Tracy was prompt to respond and communication was always very clear, even via email and text. I have found that a lot of services aren't good at communicating if you can't talk on the phone, which is difficult for me to do when I'm at work. It seems like a small thing, but this was a huge plus for me. Tracy confirmed the appointment a couple of days ahead of time, and the crew was right on time for the appointment. The ladies were very sweet and spoke highly of Tracy as an owner, which I think says a lot. Tracy supervises each job personally, and does everything she can to make sure her customers are pleased. I️ used Happy Place Cleaning Services to clean after my NYE 2018 party. Since I️ didn’t need my bedrooms cleaned I️ was able to open the door for the 2 man crew then jump back in bed. They were quiet enough that I️ dose off. When I️ woke up, my rooms were so neat & clean, you would have never known there was a party the night before. Other cleaning companies I’ve used didn’t pay attention to details such as dusting picture frames, removing the dust build up in corners. Nor was my apartment over powered by the smell of bleach & fabuloso. There nothing like the feel of a clean home and it’s even better when someone else does the cleaning for you.
