We recently had to have a plumber come in and clear out a blocked pipe. Unfortunately this pushed sewage up unto the sink and shower. The smell was awful. We reached out to Happy Home Helpers literally in the middle if the night and got a response within minutes letting us know they could send someone out the very next afternoon. Lequesa did a wonderful job getting not just that bathroom but all of our bathrooms sparkling clean. You'd never know there had been a plumbing issue and the smell is gone. This was by far the worst service I've ever received from a company. Started off great with easy scheduling and appointment reminders. I wanted just a basic clean on my house, I didn't want anything special. The day of my appointment comes, the cleaner Kiana showed up an HOUR late, at 2:00pm. Alright, whatever, she got held up at another appt, let's move on. So I show her around, tell her i wanted just basic clean, and left. (People at the office and the cleaner both said I didn't have to stay.) Later on 6:00pm comes, and still no word from the cleaner, the company, nothing. Here's 6:30pm and I finally get a call from the owner, Jon, saying that she needs more time to clean, she spent extra time in the kitchen, it's going to cost extra for extra time, blah blah. I say that's fine, but I need her to take the spare key so that way I'm not being taken away from my kids for Easter. Received an invoice at 10:46am the next day, which I paid and even added a generous tip. 12:00pm comes, still no word from the cleaner or the company, so I text and ask for an update, to which I was told she'd be done in 30 minutes. My husband went to the house at 1:00pm to close up, to find that she was STILL at the house. 1:10pm and I finally get a text saying she's still working. Then 2:30pm comes, my husband has watched someone else drive up to my house, park, go inside, and the cleaner, Kiana, leave. So I text the owner extremely upset that people are coming and going from my house without me being informed, and when is she going to be done. I was told they brought someone else in to help. Come to find out kiana left to go to an event. I was also told I'd be given an update on when they'd finish. Twenty minutes later I call the office to find out what was going on. Lady at the office informed me that management would contact me with an update. ANOTHER 20 minutes and I finally get a text from the owner saying she's still not done and asking if I wanted it to be finished. I informed him I was on my way and that it was ridiculous what was going on. He then went on to say they won't leave houses dirty even if that means "losing money" and that it needed a deep clean to be show ready. Which again, I asked for a basic clean because that is what I wanted. I showed up to the house still dirty not looking much different from what I left it. And then I had to spend the next 2 hours helping the second cleaner. I had to mop, dust, clean spots on countertops and walls. The owner offered a refund of half the amount I paid not including tip. This company was not reliable on this day and they did charge me for services that I did not want BEFORE the refund.See attached screenshots of the messages with the owner of this company.‼Edited to add that the house was NEVER for sale, it was NEVER having showings, and it NEVER needed to be "show ready" So I'm not sure where this coming from. The house was not that dirty, which is why I asked for a basic clean because its all it needed. Have to say I’m very disappointed , was supposed to be a deep clean. Missed half the house , garbage can full in bathroom didn’t even clean the shower, didn’t use sanitizer just spread the dirt around. They vacuumed but it still felt dirty. This company was great. John let me know ahead of time everything that I would need to mount my TV's without wires so the handyman wouldn't need to get it to cut into the time. I had surgery which made it dangerous for me to get in & out of my tub/shower. I did NOT want some ugly handicapped bar so found a cool half round bar with a shelf. Functional but good looking. The great technician, Frank, just came by to install it. I am beyond thrilled! It looks wonderful yet will give me the support to make sure that I am safe. He was great! (Btw, he has a new baby so ask for Frank!) Christina is amazing!! Just got home after she did my regular bi weekly cleaning and I am so impressed. I love coming home after a fairy did her magic on my place! I'm a single mom and I work long hours. Plus, my grandmother is living with me while she still is recovering from Covid/pneumonia. There are some days that I am not home for 15-16 hours out of the day. I recently moved into an apartment that is a lot more limited in space then I am used to. After my full days, I would come home and try to clean a bit here and there but I was never really satisfied. I saw an ad for happy home helpers and decided to message them. The rates are decent so I booked a deep cleaning. Christina, with the help of Kyana, did an amazing job. The weight that was lifted off my shoulders was exponential. I love that I can just do light cleaning to keep up with it and now I have my whole Saturday to do something else!! The ladies did everything that I asked and then some! YES!!!!! You should hire these folks! We needed help getting our house ready to sell here in Las Vegas. I (of course) waited until the last minute to admit I needed more than just me and my husband to get all the work done. They were able to schedule three AMAZING women to come and clean. They worked super hard to get my bathrooms looking BRAND new, and they made my shutters look spotless. They also cleaned my floors, doors, kitchen cabinets (inside and out), closets and all of my lighting fixtures. I know this is going to help get me top dollar for my house.They were also able to schedule a handyman to come help my husband finish up some projects. He did some painting, caulking and wall patching. Beyond the fact they did an AWESOME job with all of our needs/projects... everyone was super friendly and "happy." OMG!!! I am beyond happy with this company that I had to write a review , So,,, today was a very emotional day for me because I had to throw away a lot of stuff that I had been holding onto since my dads passing (5yrs)! With the help of these girls I was able to bring light into my house again, Kids were happy husband was pleased and I was impressed with the work!!! it’s not just about the cleaning , it was much more than that to me ! Needed some updating to my yard and sprinklers. Danny and his crew did a great job trimming my oleanders and mulberry trees and cleaning up the area. They also replaced some 40 year old sprinkler valves and anti syphon valve. They also rerouted a main water line, then replaced the pavers with new pavers. I was reluctant to have anyone clean my home due to all my collectibles/memorabilia. I have four kids and pets. We have a large home and I only needed help with certain things after I started working full time. Ashley was amazing she did everything I asked and finished in less time than I expected. All of us were blown away including my kids. My animals loved her too. She was respectful of my concerns and went out of her way to make me feel more at ease. I ended up having a good experience with Happy Home Helpers after a few hiccups, both of which were not to the fault of the company or owner (but the cleaners themselves). Jocelyn was extremely professional, honest, and communicative throughout the whole thing, which I appreciated. Where do I begin? I used to have a house cleaner before Covid and was ready to start again. I saw Happy Home Helpers on FB and messaged them for more info… and received an instant, friendly reply. They asked me questions regarding my needs and quoted me a fair price. They confirmed day and time. On the day of my service, one of my helpers was unable to come due to illness, but the other girl, Jenny, was AMAZING!! She stayed for hours until everything was done.
