These guys are fantastic! They were able to deliver cupcakes with requested Halloween theme decorations! My fault it was short notice but they were able to make them for me anyway! My favorite neighborhood bakeshop! I have been here numerous times, bought custom kid aprons, cookies for fun, cupcakes for a rainy day, did a camo birthday cake and cupcake theme for my son's birthday and a full sized Elsa cake for my daughter, all excellent experiences. This last time, had an atypical snafu with my holiday cupcake order and Amber, the general manager, Â was incredible- because my cupcakes were wrong and it was honestly too late too fix even though the cashier tried her best to add holiday colored sprinkles, the general manager refunded my entire order and hooked me up with courtesy cupcakes! It's a bit difficult to get to during any rush, so I decided to go on a Saturday morning. The dark haired girl behind the counter was so sweet! Really wish I could remember her name, but I do stink with names. I grabbed half a dozen cupcakes. Two of which were vegan for my daughter and myself and four for my husband. Let me say, I have never had a vegan cupcake that was this amazing! My hubby was also blown away by the ones I purchased for him. Can't say enough good things about Happy Bakeshop, they are simply the best in town. My wife and I used them for our wedding and they came through with over 100 cupcakes of different flavors and a cutting cake that looked gorgeous. I love that I can stop in during the weekday and choose from a large selection of cupcakes, readily available to purchase, no pre-order necessary. The cupcakes were beautiful! I love that they have their typical flavors, and then special flavors served on specific days of the week. A bonus, they have a wonderful deal on Tuesdays, when cupcakes are $2 each!The shop had other snacks as well, so I picked up some macarons. The service was good, the gal at the register quickly greeted me and helped me with my order. There were other customers in the store when I happened to be there, so I'm sure they get quite a bit of traffic. This is my go-to store if I need to pick up gourmet cupcakes for special occasions. The Happy Bakeshop made my wedding cake for my event in Beaver Creek, CO. They did a fantastic job and it was delicious and exceeded my expectations and all 75 guests raved about how tasty and moist it was! We had a yellow cake with chocolate frosting layer in the middle and a buttercream frosting. It was a two tier rosette cake and it just looked adorable! They were able to deliver to our venue (Saddleridge) from Denver for a fee and it was totally worth it for a stress free wedding day. Best cupcakes everrrah with gluten free and vegan options!!! They go fast and daily there's a different menu of options. Hands down best bakery! After searching for different options I ran into this place online. Stopped by and order a cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. I provided the picture of what I envisioned the cake will look like, and they did a really good job recreating it and adding a special touch. The price was very reasonable. The taste was great, slightly dry for my taste but the combination with the chocolate filling was well balanced.I recommend this place! To keep in mind: Make sure you let the cake at ambient temperature long enough. The chocolate filling was delicious but it was too hard when we cut the cake. I got my daughters birthday cake from here and it was absolutely delicious!!!!!! The Umi zoomi character was super cute and my 2 year old daughter just LOVED it! !! It was a chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and cream cheese frosting. The cake was extremely moist and the ganache was perfectly velvety, creamy, and fudge like. Over all the cake was not extremely sweet and the flavors had a nice blend, it was perfect. I will definitely get future cakes for here for birthdays, holidays, or special events. What a wonderful dessert. This was definitely not a let down. In fact the next morning my daughter woke up and asked for cake for breakfast, and she is certainly a picky eat, she has refused to eat certain cakes and cupcakes in the past, but then again so have me and husband. You'll be hooked from your first bite!! If you're a dessert person, Happy Bakeshop is the place for you. Delicious, moist cupcakes and yummy frosting! A wide variety of flavors - something for everyone! Wonderful cakes, cookies, and other treats too. They rotate some flavors seasonally - their Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcake wasn't currently on the menu, but I called and asked if they could possibly have it the next day. This place is amazing! My daughter's red velvet cake was delicious! It was moist (I know, we all hate that word but it really is the only word that you can use to describe a good cake) the perfect size, and just sweet enough. The fondant character was based on one that my daughter and her friends draw. Just perfect and she loved it! The shop itself is so cute and modern and the young woman working the day I picked up the cake was super friendly and helpful.
