This company was extremely helpful and easy to work with.  I hired them for a rehearsal dinner.  They were prompt, friendly and fun.  The product was a huge hit with the crowd and the workers were great with their suggestions for flavors and options.  Several of the SoCal guests took business cards for upcoming events.I would strongly recommend this group for any type of event! I first encountered Haole Boys shave ice at a 4th of July block party, and they've been my go-to for shave ice ever since! They came to my baby shower last year and were the hit of the party! People are still talking about the shave ice over a year later! They were so awesome that I just booked to do my baby's first birthday. Tried them at the Waves of Valor event... For those that are wondering what that event was all about well... it's a huge surfing event organized to serve veterans this military brave men and women all get together for a day full of smiles, fun, and surfing many vendors get together to contribute to the cause This is where I tasted Haole boys shave ice for the very first time. This shaved ice is amazing!! And the last time I had shaved ice was in Hawaii so my standards are pretty high.There were so many flavor options I couldn't decide so I went with the rainbow (a nice combination of 3 main flavors) topped with the condensed milk. The employee serving me was super friendly and efficient, and made sure to put a good amount of condensed milk after I told her how much I liked it!The ice was light and fluffy and the flavors were great. The condensed milk went very well with all the flavors and made the consistency very delightful. The ice didn't melt too fast but it was a hot day so we ate ours pretty quick. I was amazed that it actually cooled me down a little bit! Gotta love shaved ice on a hot summer day!We will definitely be on the lookout for this shaved ice brand. I highly recommend! More...

We were at a park across the street from the owners today with my son's class celebrating the end of the school year. Jimmy saw us and offered to open up his truck and served each of the kids a huge shave ice! They were THRILLED and it made the party so much more special. Us parents couldn't get over the generosity they had and the kids devoured their treats and said they were delicious! When you run a company in such a caring way it doesn't go unnoticed. My sons 1st grade promotion (S.A. Moffett Elementary) was being held at Wardlow park this morning. We had a graduation party for two of our children in Huntington Beach this past weekend.  We had a taco guy, a photo booth, and margarita machine. ..but I wasn't sure that would be enough to make our event special.I decided to reach out to Jimmy and book his truck for our event.   The results were simply spectacular!  Everyone loved the wide selection of incredible flavors offered, the generous, ridiculously sized portions, and the authentic shaved ice taste.   Wow!  No other vendor can replicate the Hawaiian style like they can.The owner, Jimmy, was in attendance to make sure everything went smoothly.   Incredibly nice guy, great value...I would give the Haole Boys my highest recommendation to friends, family, and anyone who is planning an event this Summer. My goodness this is the best shaved ice I've think I've ever had. The combos that they already have chosen are so good but also gives you the option to create your own, then the added ice cream at the bottom. This is honestly the best shaved ice company I've experienced. All individuals at our event got extreme satisfaction from the shaved ice. All the feedback I got was superb. I had a small incident that was completely my fault. I had accidentally forgotten to send back the confirmation contract, so they didn't have my event booked, but they were luckily able to come through last minute. They were super helpful and understanding of my mistake. They arrived on time even though I hadn't been confirmed. I could honestly not have asked for better customer service. Our event would not have had the success that it did, without the help of Haole Boys Shaved Ice. I am extremely grateful for their help with everything! I was fortunate enough to find Haole on Facebook. We were looking for a shaved ice company to service my daughters 1st birthday with an expected 80-100 guest. This Hawaiian shaved ice truck was amazing! The best shaved ice i have hard outside of Hawaii! I had the truck at a large school event with a few hundred students and they all loved it, way better feed back than other trucks!
