Great trainers! Not judgmental and very caring. My dog was impossible to walk on a leash, but after 1 session the transformation was amazing! Rob and Jesse are wonderful trainers with hearts of gold, and I learned a lot about what it takes to have a well-behaved dog. I knew I had to do something with my lovable yet problematic dog after losing my husband. Hanlons K9 has changed my life. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing they are. I currently have a service dog in training. I drive 2 and a half hours one way from NY every Saturday for class and I couldnt enjoy it more. The trainers are so great and kind and rob hanlon is so accommodating to my needs. Today Blue successfully walked the entire length of Freehold Mall first floor off leash with the Mall filled with holiday shoppers without once needing a correction. We never thought we would get to this point where these girls would be comfortable together again. Happy together for several years and then after one fight, the aggression continued until they had to be separated most of the time. Thankfully a friend recommended Hanlon's K9. About 2 years Rob Hanlon helped me transform my rescue dog, a boxer mix who found himself on death row for multiple bites on former family. He had aggression and dominance issues. Rob and the entire staff at Hanlon's helped Cali develop into a calmer and more confident dog. She went from showing fear aggression toward strangers to being calm and passive when people are around. We had many obedient issues with her and they made sure all of our concerns were addressed and handled. She is a completely different dog and we are so grateful for all their care and knowledge and support that they have given us and Cali. After going through multiple unsuccessful training courses for my high anxiety pooch i saw this Facebook page. After reading through all the review I decided to go down and speak with Rob. When I was there I got to see all these fantastically behaved dogs and felt a bit of jealously thinking my dog would never be like that. Well I have taken 4 classes so far and my dog is so much happier! And so am I. My dogs anxiety level has gone down so much that she barely even barks at the door anymore. She is so relaxed and her demeanor is so much better. I now am the proud mommy of a well behaved dog like the ones I saw that first day I went to speak to them (well at least pretty close). I can't wait to continue training and working with her outside of class! I was in need of a service dog. Rob took time to evaluate my dogs and determined that one of my dogs would be a good candidate. Rob, Jess and the team of trainers worked hard and I am so happy to say my dog is completely in tuned to me and often knows I'm getting sick before I do.
