I cannot say enough great things about Ursula! I had a jersey and ring I wanted framed for a gift and she brought my vision to life. She has a wide variety of frames and matboards to choose from to create a mock up of your frame. After meeting in her studio, I sent her the words for the plaque and the pictures to be added, and two weeks later it was ready. I was very happy to discover Ursula at Hang Ups because she knows her stuff. I have dozens of paintings that need to be framed. Ursula has the experience to make all the projects I need completed feel manageable. I had an old portrait of my mother when she was 16 years old, circa 1959-1960. It had been water damaged. The time and effort they put into reproducing the image and retouching it for me was fantastic. However, they also cleaned and retouched the original frame and replaced the glass for me!! More...

Hang Ups is a great family owned business. Udo did a fantastic job of restoration on an old photo from the 1950s that had been carried in a wallet for many years. He was able to clear the minute cracks and colorize the photo to bring it back to its original appearance. His previous experience as a professional photographer means he understands color, tint, shade and detail. Ursula prepared and packaged the finished project beautifully. By far, the best frame shop I have ever been to. I brought in a large piece of counted cross stitch my aunt had given me and she framed it up perfectly. She found a mat that matched the fabric, not only the texture, but picked up the colors of the cross stitch as well. She said that the cross stitch fabric had warped a little, but she got it all squared up perfectly in the frame. It looks great! She did a wonderful job framing this piece of handwork and I'm extremely happy with it. She knows her stuff!
