Hand In Hand Therapeutic Services

Before my appointment, I was feeling tight, disembodied and anxious. Monique took the time to listen to my concerns, and what my experience of anxiety and stress was like in my own body and let me know what would happen during the massage. Her peaceful presence, decades of experience and skilled hands took me through an incredible experience of various massage techniques that worked with my nervous system. I really appreciated the singing bowls and feeling the resonance was very grounding to me. Afterward, I felt as though I had resettled in my body, experiencing a release of energy and great relaxation. She also gave me advice on how to make sure my body continued to feel the effects of the massage therapy I had received.
