I just took the guard class with Hammerhead. The instructor Rico was awesome. He would take his time explaining the principles of the topics. He is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I would recommend Hammerhead if you are looking to get your guard card. More...

Had to terminate service because the "guards" would frequently sleep on the job, sit on our lobby couch and ask for the channels to be programmed for them (and of course eventually sleep), leave early or arrive late, and sexually harassed our associates with pet names like "baby" and "sexy".

Thanks to this great Hammer Head Security a kitten was rescued! While at Starbucks in Stockton I kept hearing a noise coming from the engine of my car. As I moved in closer I was able to identify the noise, it was a meowing sound. I was so confused and it must've shown in my face because that is when this security approached me. He asked me if everything was okay and I replied, "I believe there is a kitten in my engine!" Not sure if he was on patrol duty or not, but he did NOT hesitate and asked me to pop open my hood. He then saw the kitten was actually trapped and right away was able to remove it! Hammer Head has the best security! Thank you! More...

I asked a security officer a question and he couldnt even speak english and he had the nerve to try to yell at me! I was very insulted what if I had an emergency how would this security officer been able to help!
