I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made with Reid as my personal trainer. He has done a great job throughout our work together - ascertaining my goals and level of fitness when we started, and creating a program for me building strength, balance and coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. He demonstrates each exercise, pointing out which muscle group we are targeting, and is helpful in offering corrections and modifications if needed. When I have questions about why we are doing a certain exercise, he provides an explanation that helps put it into context for the overall training plan - it is clear to me that he’s done his homework and is thoughtful about the training program. He is encouraging and knows when to push me to go a little further. Reid also makes training fun - I look forward to our sessions every week! More...

Reid is a truly excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of disciplined, willing to push you and smart. He is very knowledgeable about athletic training and body composition. He works with the whole person, mentally and physically. I am a seasoned athlete with over 25 years of NCAA hockey officiating training. This was my first personal training experience and Reid made it effective and enjoyable. I have been very impressed with Reid's approach, advise and planning of my workouts.

Because of his efforts, I am stronger, more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, I achieved my personal goals. I highly recommend Reid whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete. He will get you to the next level!

I help my clients reach their goals through motivation and a structured plan centered around their goals. I like to meet my clients where they are at in terms of their fitness ability. If it is your first day or one thousandth day I will help create the best plan for you.

Consistency is the most important thing to get the body you are dreaming of. Some days will be the best and others not so much, but the consistency will keep you going and the progress towards the best body for you is that much closer!

I love being there for my clients. I work hard to help get the best out of you. I'm a Personal Trainer, but the personal part is not for me. I try my best to make the experience personal for those I work with.

My wife inspired me to start my own business. She saw how hard I was working and the relationships I have with my clients and knew that I would be successful. She is definitely my biggest inspiration.

Clients should choose me because exercise is hard and having someone with the knowledge to help you get to where you want to be is hard to find. I do my best to give advice where needed and push my clients to bring out their best.

Yes, I provide a couple different services online. I can do online programming for those who have access to a gym or equipment and just need a direction to go in. Also I provide Virtual Training sessions for a one-on-one experience.

I offer Virtual Sessions, and for those who I see in person I have made my business to be totally mobile. We can train outside or in your home. I sanitize all of my equipment between each session as well. I wear a mask and if you would like I have gloves as well.

Can't find time to workout regularly? Do you have a crazy work schedule? Online programming might be the best option for you. Get a custom workout program that you can bring anywhere and do on your time! All programs are completely self guided.
