The automatic appointment reminder notification system they use is two text messages, one the day before and another 2 hours prior to the appointment. They don't always seem to work though. When it didn't work for me, I missed my appointment by a half hour. I thought my appointment was a 3:30 but it apparently was actually at 3:00. I was charged 25 dollars per their contract, which is fine. When I called back to inform them that I never received any of those reminder texts, I was told to take responsibility for my own appointments. My make-up appointment was scheduled for a couple days later which at the time of booking worked perfectly. However, my schedule changed unexpectedly the night before which lead to me not being able to make my appointment the following day. When I called in the morning to reschedule or cancel the appointment later in the afternoon. I was informed that my appointment would be canceled, I wasn't going to be charged the $25 fee, but I was being dropped as a patient and could no longer book with them. Pretty sure this is also part of their contract as well. I need to make something clear, I actually really liked halo. My husband and I both did, we liked Dr. O, we liked the scheduling staff, everyone was very personable and pleasant. Where my problem is. When I was told to take responsibility for my own appointment was a deflection of taking responsibility for their own systems error. those messages would of course-corrected my own mistake. I even had the wrong time on my phone, I had no way of knowing that it was wrong. Outside of a verbal confirmation the week prior as I was walking out the door. No. There wasn't even a "we'll look into why you didn't get the remainders" I still would of paid the 25 dollars. But there was no responsibility on their end and I'm cool with walking away. More...

I found Mechelle on Instagram, I've been following her for a long time. I was very impressed by all of the before and after photos of her work that she shares on her page. We also have a mutual friend that always leaves the clinic super happy after her facials with Mechelle. I decided to book a skin consultation because at the time I was dealing with hormonal-acne and some discoloration, and I've never had a facial before or had a consultation with a professional aesthetician. My consultation appointment was a very detailed, she was so so helpful! She also recommended a service which I love so far, "Diamond glow facial". The facial has been helping so much with the discoloration and is bringing my skin back to life. She also recommended other medical grade products to incorporate into my existing skincare routine. I've now been seeing great results coming every 3 weeks for a facial and using a combination of the products Mechelle recommend and products that I create myself. Great place! Very clean and professional. Staff is amazing and very kind. There's not many places who takes insurance and I'm glad I found this place. Tip of advice call in advance to see if you are covered. The experience here is straight forward which I enjoy I like to get In, get adjusted, have a chat, and go on with my day. I am a huge believer in chiropractic care and Graston massage, and thankfully, Halo does both! If you haven't tried a chiropractor or had a bad experience, you must give Halo a try. Wow! Talk about an angel chiropractor! Maybe that's where the clinic name came from because you feel like you are walking in heaven after your visit. This was my very first visit with Dr.Odunuga and I was impressed. He made sure to inform me of everything going on with my body and what he's going to do to fix it. He also showed me on the model spine he has which made it easier to really understand what's going on. Debrah at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming! She made me feel at home! Lastly, a special shout out to Chris the operations manager for checking in on a question for myself with a smile on his face. I love this place already. I can't wait to come back in a few days for my graston treatment! I trust Dr. Odunuga with my back and getting my spine where it needs to be. Dr. O Is Thorough and I leave every time feeling so much better. As a nurse they tell you to protect your back. Needless to say I lost that mindset throughout the years. I've been seeing Dr. O for almost a month now and I am already amazed by the results. I've struggled with intense sciatica pain for the past year, and since our visits - that pain is now nonexistent. He goes out of his way to ensure his patients are comfortable, has exceptional bedside manner, and prioritizes your concerns. I have been seeing Dr. O since 2017. He will make sure you are feeling good before you leave. He also adjusts my mom when other chiropractors are afraid to do so. He takes great care of my mom being she had surgery in 5 years ago to merge her C4 C5 and C6. He and his staff are friendly and professional. Danielle also does Reiki sessions as well, if you are spiritually unaligned she can help. He also has massage therapists that he may recommend if needed to help the recovery process along. More...

Ive been seeing Dr.O for 4 years now. I see him weekly and he keeps my back and hips feeling my best. Ive even had intense kinks in my necks he was gently able to get out and also fixed my messed up my ankle that he was able to adjust (while other doctors just uselessly handed drugs over that did not help! ).Hes very knowledgeable, does a great job building a personal relationship with you, Â professional, and listens to make sure he adjusts you to feel your best. Dr.O is literally the best chiropractor out here in the Vegas Valley!! Prior to even come here I went to another chiropractor and did not like the way the visit went it was a quick crack and pop out the door I went. When I was looking for a new chiropractor to go to I discovered Dr.O and read the reviews here on yelp I told my self okay this doctor seems legit let me check him out. I called made an appointment and one the first intial appointment Dr.O informed me that I had a few things out of place in my back and mind you I never knew that I had few Knick knacks out of place or as Dr.O called it jacked up in my back.It's been two months I believe that I've been going to Dr.O and let me just say it has been the best choice I've ever made I would never go to another chiropractor. I stumbled across this clinic after reading positive reviews and needing a good chiropractor after moving into town earlier this year. I am impressed with Dr. O's knowledge and treatment of my back issues and have noticed a huge difference in my posture. I also cannot stress how amazing of a Reiki Master that Danielle is. It was my first experience getting Reiki done in person and come to look forward to the calming, cleansing sessions each week. I wanted to wait a good month before writing my honest review and the time has come. It's been over a month of treatment with Dr. O and I am really happy to say that it's the first full month where I have not had any neck spasms or stiff neck with 0 mobility. I came in initially because I was getting stiff neck at least twice a month for the past 5 months and these episodes were very painful and rendered me useless for a few days. What changed is that I decided to go seek treatment at Halo. Dr O and his staff are welcoming, friendly, honest professionals and my only regret is not reaching out sooner for treatment. I found HALO on this very site. The office is beautiful and calming. Everyone is so lovely and friendly. I'd been in awful pain the last few months. After the first visit with Dr. O, I was already feeling relief. Dr. O is amazingly warm and kind and wants to take care of you. I've visited a few times now and I am feeling so much better!! I had tried reiki here with Danielle a couple times and besides being a literal ANGEL, she was knowledgeable about what she does. Her voice was so soothing and made it very easy to be relaxed in her presence. She makes sure all your senses are taken care of. I left feeling 10x lighter than when I first arrived.
