Holly was more than accommodating and came to our hotel while our house is being renovated. Brady had not had his nails trimmed in almost 3 years before he came to us as a reservation rescue when we lived in Colorado and then Covid hit. She is an absolute sweetheart, and already feels like family! She was incredibly patient with my elderly cat who was full of knots and mats. It was actually a little bit embarrassing, and she showed no judgment. My cat is 16 years old and long-haired. She has unfortunately quit grooming herself. I just had her back a second time for my elderly dachshund for a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. He has disc disease in his back, and is extremely high anxiety and normally has to go to the vet monthly to have these things done. I was so happy to see him actually licking her face today while she was grooming him. I truly think that dogs can sense good and bad people. And my dog normally does not like anyone but me. So it is safe to say that she is now stuck with me and my two geriatric pets as long as she will have us! Holly groomed my goldendoodle for the first time today and she was great!! I work from home so I was in my office while she was grooming my girl and I heard her talking to my dog the whole time! I’ve had groomers in the past not do the cut I wanted but holly did exactly what I asked for, was super friendly, and super knowledgeable. She told me what points I need to brush more and do better on and the two other groomers I’ve used never did that. If your pet has anxiety or a behavioral issue, Holly is the most patient and caring pet groomer around. Holly was incredible! She was so polite and upbeat and made my mom’s dog, Rocco, feel at ease completely. She was fast and efficient, as well! Hi! I wanted to recommend Hallzpetgroomz. I have a doodle so maintaining a nice clean cut coat is important to us and Hallzpetgroomz always does a great job! She gets done in a timely manner and best of all, my pup gets along with her. My doodle can be sensitive to other people, but with her, she does great! Holly was absolutely amazing! My two puppies took it upon themselves to make and indulge in a mud bath by attacking my sprinklers. I contacted Holly yesterday and she fit me in promptly! These puppies have never seen groomer and had only been a table for their vaccines so needless to say they were uncooperative and nervous. We recently rescued a cocker spaniel that had been neglected for a very long time. His foster mom warned us that he did not like being groomed. With this in mind I looked for someone that could deal with a dog with major anxiety. I am so grateful we found Holly!! She was so patient and loving with Loki and knew when he had had enough with the clippers and used scissors instead. He looks and smells 100% better!!
