Our approach - known as concierge therapy or boutique psychology - is a discreet, service for individuals whose status, lifestyle or position prevents them from attending traditional therapy settings.
The Halcyon difference
Concierge therapy is tailored to fit around your busy life. You’ll be given your therapist's personal cell number so you can contact them at any time between scheduled appointments.
Delivered via telehealth, it’s also convenient and flexible - you’ll never miss a session because the babysitter canceled, your meeting ran over or you got stuck in traffic.
Our therapists and coaches are available on call. You simply pay for the services you receive.
We don’t accept insurance because we know our clients value having the privacy and freedom to set their own treatment agenda.
We offer an integrated approach to therapy and will work with your private medical team if requested.

Executive coaching services at Halcyon Therapy Group are confidential, supportive, and tailored to your specific needs. And with concierge executive coaching, scheduling is flexible and convenient from the privacy of your home or office.
We work with leaders like you to develop executive presence, identify the necessary skills for advancement, find passion in your work, improve team performance, and enhance business relationships.
Our executive coaching and mentoring can help you succeed both personally and professionally, to help you and your team become better than your best.

Psychological Assessment and Testing
Halcyon Therapy Group offers a variety of virtual psychological testing services.
Our clinical psychologists are experienced in video assessments, allowing you to complete testing in the comfort of your home rather than traveling to an unfamiliar or unknown setting.
During an initial consultation, we’ll discuss the referral question, explain the testing process, answer your questions and arrange a time for the assessment.
We’ll meet again virtually and complete the test via video call. We may also ask to speak to members of your family or significant other.
Once complete, we’ll compile a comprehensive report which we’ll discuss with you during a detailed feedback session.

Private Practice Consulting
Julie Landry, PsyD, ABPP, has a passion for helping clinicians grow and develop their own private practices. Dr. Landry offers one-on-one consultations for new therapists and therapists-in-training interested in creating a thriving and sustainable private practice with private pay clients and diverse income streams. Second Opinions
It can be difficult to know which providers to trust and what treatments will be most effective in today's healthcare environment. Getting a second opinion can help you have a more well-rounded treatment plan and save money. Halcyon Therapy Group offer consultations and second-opinions on a vast range of issues. We are flexible to your needs and offer free phone consultations to first identify how we can best serve you.
Evaluation Services for Legal Proceedings
Halcyon Therapy Group offers a variety of virtual evaluations, including worker's compensation, personal injury, fitness for duty, and IMEs. Our clinical psychologists are experienced in video assessments, allowing you to complete testing in the comfort of your home rather than traveling to an unfamiliar or unknown setting.
