I enjoyed working with Nicolette in helping me make my wedding hairstyle vision come true. She was super flexible with my schedule and was understanding when I had to reschedule a couple of our meetings. Throughout the whole process, she answered all of my questions and walked me through color-matching the hair extensions I used for my wedding. She knew I was getting my hair touched up. On the day-of, everyone loved their hair and the way Nicolette styled them. It was my first time wearing extensions and she explained to me how to take them off and put back on if I decide to use them again. Thank you Nicolette for everything! I discovered Loren through StyleSeat. She was fantastic with work with. Super warm and friendly, and most of all her knowledge is extensive! I cannot recommend Nicolette and Lulu highly enough; hiring them was one of best decisions I made on my wedding day :) First of all, they did beautiful work, I can honestly say that I've never felt so beautiful in my life. Most people said I looked I like a movie star. The look felt classic and not over the top, which fit my style and was exactly what I wanted. Nicolette and her team also did a beautiful job with services for my mother, sister, and best friend. I had a haircut from the amazing Nicolette!  I was going back and forth on making this appointment due to covid concerns, but she took the time to explain their policies and what they are doing to ensure the safety of themselves and their clients! She also made it a point to make sure I was comfortable coming in to appointment before I came.  I am currently trying the curly girl method on my hair and she was able to give me a lot of tips to cut my hair styling time! This review is for services provided by Nicolette at a wedding in October 2019. She provided hair and make up to the bride and three bridesmaids. She is super talented and knowledgeable! My hair had been the shortest it's ever been and I had no idea how to style it. In addition, I don't ever wear make up. So when she asked me what I like or what look I wanted I had no idea. Of course, Nicolette knew exactly what to do. She curled and accessorized my hair just enough for a little glam. The make up she applied didn't feel or look thick and was enough to where I was able to touch my face without messing it up. Nicolette made me look SO good and more importantly I felt beautiful!! Loulou is the best!!! I definitely recommend her! Shes friendly, attentive, patient, and detailed oriented. She took my neglected and damaged hair and turned it into the best asymmetrical bob that I envisioned (maybe even better! )  Shes also amazing with color and uses products that doesn't give me asthma flares like other products. I not only recommend for her amazing services but for the extra efforts in keeping clients safe during this pandemic.For someone who's been cooped up at home since March (in exception of grocery runs every 10 days) due to covid, coming out to get my hair done was pretty scary and daunting task. Unfortunately I've been suffering from traction alopecia which pushed me to go for a much needed haircut The salon was clean and everyone was wearing a mask, they did temperature checks.Everyone was encouraged to use sanitizers and will be provided a fresh mask upon arrival. Social distancing was implemented by limiting clients and staggering arrival times. I am new to the Bay Area and have been looking for a salon I can go to and trust for my thinning and damaged hair!!  PRIMP was recommended to me by a friend who is a client or Loren's.  I am always reluctant to try a new place due to my thin yet very curly hair! Loren is incredible!!  In just 2 months I have seen such a positive change in my hair. Nicolette is AMAZING- the best hair stylist I have ever met! Super humble and professional and made sure my experience was nothing less than perfect. Nicolette transformed my hair and made sure my hair transformation was a collaborative effort, and gave me a breakdown of the entire process every step of the way. Background: My hair was up to my waist and my grey hair was out of control. As a new mom, I am on a tight budget and rarely have time to take care of myself -- when I finally decided to have a new look, I had such a traumatizing experience that I ran out of the salon crying.  My cut/style was nowhere near how I described it and she colored my hair black instead of medium/dark brown. And did I mention that she used a razor to cut my hair? split ends waiting to happen...<br><br>Fast forward:  I am not sure how I found Nicolette Cabe but I am glad I did.  She was very pleasant and really took her time to listen on what kind of style and color I have in mind.  She gave suggestions on the type of cut/style that is low maintenance since I am a busy mom and gave tips on different colors that will look good with my complexion without damaging my hair since it was colored very recently.<br><br>LONG STORY SHORT, I was a little teary when I left the salon. I recently had my wedding with 8 bridesmaids needing to get their hair done. After doing some research, I was referred over to Nicolette. Once we had our initial discussion of what would be needed(style/timing/etc), I felt immediate ease and confidence that Nicolette could get the job done. On the day of, she showed up early, set up, and was ready to work on the ladies right away. She was able to get all of them ready on time, even with one of the girls showing up tardy. After getting my extensions removed, I tried different three times over two months to get a haircut that allowed my fine, wavy hair to air dry without styling yet still look great. I have never had a better experience with a hairstylist until I visited Nicolette last week. She was referred through a good friend and when I contacted her she was very kind to squeeze me in on her busy schedule. I showed her exactly what I wanted through a previous post I've seen online and it being my first time coloring my hair to a platinum blonde she executed exactly how I wanted it.
