I got a groupon for a cut and color to this place and was very excited. I tried calling about 7 times over the span of three days and nobody picked up the phone, they don't even have a voicemail box to leave a message. I got a full refund for my groupon but this was a 0/10 experience. If they can't even bother to pick up the phone ( a phone number that Is posted on their website) then I don't want them cutting my hair. Bad service from the start. More...
