What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is our fajita plate with either steak or chicken, rice, beans, tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, and salsa.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By getting input from the client by asking questions about what their goals are for themselves and guests when it comes to their satisfaction for the food.

Creating the perfect menu and presentation for the client and guests to fall in love with our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To put the love of our food into the mouths of people to enjoy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take our staffs temperature before we prepare and/or serve the food as well as make them wear gloves and face masks.
