I believe that everyone can be successful if they are given the correct tools to succeed. These tools may be different for each person and I don't have a set "right way" things need to be done.

Services

One on one personal training is recommended if this is your first foray into fitness, if you have a very specific goal, or you are recovering from an injury. I specialize in working with individuals with lower back pain (anyone from postpartum mothers to average joes to high level weightlifters). If you are in pain or you have a specific goal you would like to discuss let me know.

Group bootcamp style workout. This is a workout for someone who is pretty self motivated knows what they are doing. Just needs the occasional pointer and accountability.

The focus of this workout is on building strength, increasing lean muscle mass (toning) and remaining athletic.

The program is run through an app TrueCoach. The app has a messaging system and video feedback, so if you're not sure if you're doing something right you can film it and I can make corrections. The messaging system also allows for a direct line of communication between us.

There is also a workout compliance feature. Each day you will be reminded of your workouts and I will be notified when you complete it. Accountability is key to success and that feature is extremely helpful for those working out at home.

If you’ve tried something before and “failed” — or just can’t stick with it — know that you’re not alone. And it’s not your fault. After all, self-directed training and nutrition programs fail 98 percent of the time. Not to mention, after many years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen dozens of diet and exercise fads come and go. That’s why I don’t follow fads. Instead, I’ll teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Bottom line: I’ll help you make fitness and nutrition a part of your life, without it taking over.
