I have different options, from quarter trays to half trays and full trays.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking and making people excitwd to try my foods and recipes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked with my father in the restaurant business. I wantwd to finally have one of my own.

The quality if meats I choose are always good grade. I try to get the best produce and poultry.
